Very good location in front of the beach. Nice outside area, despite the reviews I have read, I had a very quiet time, there was no noise, and I managed to rest well. Toilets were clean! Owner was friendly. You get hot water, parking and a private room, all that matter for the purpose of my trip.

Basic (shared) bathroom. No wall bracket fot shower handset (hanging down). Water almost cold mid morning. Couldn't access wifi (incorrect password) (No kitchen facilities, though not advertised)

Cheapish stay but the rooms are definitely not worth more. Avoid the room Florence if you want to sleep at night - I have never slept on a bed that makes this much noise. Other than that OK.

People were smoking and drinking inside, right under our room. Even when they saw that we are going to sleep, party was still going on. Owners say that you can’t use a kitchen because it’s only for staff, but everybody uses it. The walls of the room is made of some kind of carpet, feels dirty.

It’s located near the train station, you can easily reach Lisbon or Cascais.

Overall, I had a really good stay. Price/Value is very good. You have everything you need, including a lot of wall sockets. The bathroom was always clean, and the showers, too. Hot water every time, unlike more expensive places. I am very satisfied. The staff is really polite and available to assist!

The place could've been made cozier. There's no kitchen or even a fridge. The walls are super thin. Sleeping with ear plugs, it didn't bother me that the train goes by every now and then. But I woke up in an alarm clock from another room and after that in a car alarm. On top of that, some other alarm was beeping inside the building the whole morning.

This place has a lot of potential. It's a single-family house converted into a hostel. There's even a tiny swimming pool in the patio. Lots of electricity sockets in the room. The locations is actually pretty good. There's a train station nearby and the area has lots of restaurants. Short distance to the beach.

Absolutely horrible location and staff. The room was an attic above the garage with an extremely dank smell, broken window, and uncleaned sheets. The beds were ridden with bugs and very clearly had not been cleaned in a while. We had to book another hotel as the beds were not sleepable due to the bugs, and when we contacted the owner about the situation informing him that we would like a refund and would not sleep there due to the bugs (with video proof) we were simply ghosted. DO NOT BOOK!!! We are now without the money we paid to book, no refund response from the owner, and did not even sleep in the “hostel room” (dingy attic) with the bugs in the bed. Currently in the process of ensuring a refund through booking.com

Door opens to the side and therefore is always half open, which does not allow to cancel noise properly and is annoying for both us and other guests to have to listen to each other noises, alarms, etc...

Very clean and respectable bedroom. When we arrived everything was in mint condition and smelling good. Check/in was fairly easy as the keys were right next to the room with code making easy to access and come any time.
