Staff although not rude not attentive. Not once was I acknowledged by any member of staff and they were more interested in talking amongst themselves . Breakfast poor and not enough fruit . Bananas would be taken and not refilled on 4 out of 5 occasions. No organisation or care from the breakfast team

Not sure that breakfast has a very varied fruit option which could be improved but fresh pastries and breads were very good.

Welcoming staff for our arrival,and departure when we had to wait a while for our late train departure. Ideal location for the reason of our trip and excellent restaurant across the road.

Distance from the waterfront, but knew this was the case in advance. Otherwise no complaints

The staff was so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early and check out late, without any issues. The location was a little far from the main/tourist popular portion of the city, which we knew in advance of booking. The air conditioning was lovely. I really appreciated having the couch and a desk chair to sit at, opposed to always sitting/laying in bed. The complimentary breakfast had many options and tasted good. A nice option before walking around town all day.

The room was very clean and it looked even better than on the photos. The room was quiet and the bed was comfy. The bathroom is big enough. Breakfast was almost the same everyday but with a big sortiment, so you can eat something different everyday. They cleaned everyday and staff was friendly. The hotel was a 2 minutes walk from the metro with a 10-15 minutes away from the very downtown. It was very good that they offered two types of pillows, a harder and a softer so the guest can choose whatever she/he likes to sleep on.

As I came for a business trip I expected several things to be better: 1) Wi-Fi - it is disconnecting every 30 minutes which is very inconvenient for having business calls online 2) Iron - there are a couple of them but both of them are not very good in ironing + you need to pick it up from the reception together with an iron boarding. One of them was very dirty and I did not notice it at the beginning so when I started to iron my white shirt for a business meeting, it immediately left black spots on it . The second one had a broken soleplate. When you pick up an iron from the reception you expect it to be ready to use. 3) not enough space in the closet for 2 people for 6 days

The overall experience is very good! Location is great and breakfast was amazing. The staff working there is very friendly. I liked this place!
