There is no small fridge in room. There is space in the room for fridge store, not 1 small fridge. This isn't big minus but management should think about this. I used kitchen shared by the guests and it was solid alternative. That would be all.

I have to start with the location. I arrived with train from Lisbon and I could see the property as soon as I left the station. No, this doesn't mean that you will hear trains and loud noises. Nice young lady checked me in to the room on first floor and the room is definition of comfort. Leather sofa, large comfortable bed, just right bathroom, view on the nice, small street, working AC and Star Wars on the TV, what more can you ask for?!

The room was big, clean and comfortable. It's in a good location, 30min walk to the centre and right next to tube and train. We arrived pass midnight from the airport and the staff waited for us.

Only an interior window - that is a window that opens out onto the staircase not to the outside - this was not clear on Booking.com website in English but apparently it is in Portuguese! The photo on the website is somewhat deceptive as it shows a window in the room which there is - but one that opens to the interior of the building. However there is a good air conditioning in the room.

Warm welcome. Quiet. Clean, very comfortable bed, lovely hot shower. Super convenient for Porto bus and rail station.

Was a little bit noisy, think it is common in Porto to be fair the buildings all seem to echo could hear neighbours talking and everyone coming up and down stairs but it never stopped me sleeping but a strange intermittent buzzing noise was quite annoying in the night

The room didn't have the window and was super small (there was no place to open the suitcase) - we only stayed there for one night, so that's ok with me, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer stays. The walls were quite thin, you could hear everything from other rooms (fortunately we had calm neighbors).

The location is perfect, just near the Campanha, below the apartment many restaurants open till 10-11pm which was helpful. The staff was extremely welcoming and nice - we felt very good.

We had stayed here before and knew that we would get excellent value for money. We also knew that the accommodation and location would suit our requirements exactly. The host was the same person both times and was always jovial and made us feel very welcome. The hotel was near the railway and coach stations and we did not have to go up any hills to get to it.

Other people staying there made quite a bit of noise (but the hotel took care of that problem after I complained to them). I guess it was just a bit of bad luck that our "neighbors" those two nights were noisy. The place a little far from the center (but that can also be an advantage).

The staff was very friendly. You can walk to the place in just a few minutes from the nearest train/subway station (Campanha), from which you can get to the airport. The price was quite reasonable. The area is not very touristy, so it's more authentic Portuguese than a lot of the center of town is.

Stayed with my 80 year old father so a lift would be nice but understand that this probably couldn't be retrofitted into a property like this. Fortunately, the building doesn't go higher than 2nd floor.

Same receptionist as last time, very quick check in. We found our room was only a double bed made up when it should have been a twin/family room. The receptionist quickly made the settee up to a functional bed when we pointed out what was booked. Room was clean and warm, decent bathroom as well. Free tea and coffee also available in a communal area of hotel. Hotel is convenient for numerous cafes and opposite Campanha station for main line rail and local metro.

The reception is not 24 hours. We arrived and there was nobody there, we had to come back hours later. The hot water in the shower was not very hot.

Quick and easy check in with very friendly receptionist. Room was clean and warm (remote controlled air con / heater unit in the room) a bit on the small side and a little basic but suitable for a short stay. Bathroom very good with a decent shower. All in all good value for the price, I would stay again. A few cafe bar type places near by for food and drink. Supermarket also very close. Very good transport links, the railway station is over the road and metro stop near by as well.

Entrance was a bit slippery, since it was raining, i didnt like the pillows, it was too soft for my taste, but that's a personal taste

So clean smelled really well, staff very gentle. Had all we needed in the room, good variety of tv channels, lovely place for the prices.
