I loved it all. This central, humble and cozy hostel has it all! I loved the garden in the back yard with the hortensias. I loved the clean, airy and comfy kitchen. I loved the daylight and the windows everywhere. I loved the nice, quiet and considerate quests and most of all - the 2 managers, Rui and Isi who are so helpful and caring.

The dorm was a little hot at night; only minor inconvenience.

I enjoyed my stay here. Self served breakfast was good. Nice terrace in the backyard. Everything is nearby, easy to access the city center by foot and the Marquez metro station is also very close. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

It is such a nice, clean and calm place which is great for solo travelling people and safe for solo girls. Rui is really nice and helpful and you can see that he takes care about this place. I am glad to chose this place and I will do it again.

Actually nothing made me unhappy. Just when I learn no bathroom in the rooms, it makes me a little bit sad but I guess I miss this information when I was making the reservation. But even the common bathrooms, they were very clean.

I stayed there for 3 nights, it was really nice to see different people in there, it was like an international home 😂 which is perfect to meet different people. And I really liked how the person who take care about our reservation in there. He was such a nice person, even before we didn't check in he allowed us to leave our luggage in the locked boxes in reservation room. So it was a nice experience for sure.

Nice and welcoming host, helped us carrying our luggage inside and gave us some tips for the area. The hostel is located in a beautiful house with garden. Bathroom and shower were very nice and clean. Surprisingly big room with very comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen if you wanna cook your own food.

- Not so clean. - Below-expectation room. - Only one bathroom, which is shared among men and women and it is not possible to close the bath door. Not a problem for me, but for women probably. "Fun fact": there was only one woman during out 4 night stay and it was my fiancée. - Small toilets. - Faulty socket that fell out of the wall. - Weird guy who entered our room twice (once it was closed, but during night and once it was open).

Good evening! We were in Porto for the first time and stayed very happy with the hostel. Wherever we asked for additional things (pillows, later check-out), our expectations were met and we got all the help and support from Rui, the host. On our last day it was raining since the early morning, so additional time spent in the hostel was very helpful. Thank you for this amazing experience! I hope to come back one day there. It's adressed towards Booking - in the website it was written that towels were provided, but it turned out they weren't and the hostel had requested to change that info about a year ago, obiously without success. So, we would have found oursleves in a very uncomfortable situation if it wasn't for the hostel staff, who brought us clean towels straight away and basically saved us.

The staff was so kind and helpful. We would have all our questions answered super fast and were provdided with all the support needed. The hostel is so quiet and clean and the breakfast is amazing.
