Only observation is no aircon....didn't matter much for our visit but might be an issue for some in full summer? Room did have a fan, though.

There’s no air-conditioner which is fine but with the windows open brings cooking smells of onions and sardines into the room from below.

The location was fantastic and being centrally located I found the bedroom very quiet. The shower had great pressure and the breakfast selection was very good.

It was slightly pricey but I think that may have been because Taylor Swift was in town the same time we were there. However due to the great location and comfy bed it was worth it. The only downside was that our room was right next to the breakfast area so could hear a bit of noise in the mornings from other guests but that was only critique

Location was perfect for Barrio Alto where we spent most of our time while in Lisbon! It was easy walking to the water and had lots of bars, restaurants in walking distance too. Beds were super comfy, large room with bathroom and everything was spotlessly clean. Staff were lovely, especially Rita, who checked us in and sorted me with an iron!!

The pillows on the bed were very lumpy and they didn't have better options. The bed sagged and the blanket was too hot.

The person at the front was very helpful, the room was quiet despite being in a busy area, and the shower had good water pressure and temperature.

Bathroom little but clean and valid. Location is into a very little street so take care if you wanna go there by car. There is no parking area close to the hotel, and you need to look for some free location into the closes streets. No elevator into the building

The room is good for a 3* hotel. Normal dimension for the room. Location is not so close to the main city attractions, but you are into the high area of the city, where you can find a lot of restaurants, bars, and everything you need if you want to go out for a walking and have a drink or eat something. It is about 15 walking minutes far from the city center, and in particular Rossio square, metro and train station. WIFI ok.

Bathroom felt a bit unclean. Room felt a little small, no where really to put suitcases. Got hot in the room and was no way to cool down other than leaving the window open

We liked everything. it's very basic so it's perfect when you plan to spend most of the day out.

The automatic light in the toilet and bathroom. After a few minutes I found myself showering or sitting on the toilet in the dark.

The location was hard to find and room was damp with water pooling on the floor from the windows. There's no ventilation and we weren't able to open the windows because it rained all the time we were there. The entrance door is really small to get in and out.

The staff were amazing and very helpful. They helped with bags and were able to answer all of the questions we had. It's pretty central but difficult to navigate.

There was no proper heating apart from a small unit. The room was not not sound proofed and it was getting very loud very early in the morning

Humidity levels in the room - I would suggest equipping rooms with a dehumidifier or an air condition.

Location (around 8-10 min walk to the nearest metro station & tram stop just around the corner). The price for a double room (private bathroom) was reasonable.
