There is only 1 umbrella at the pool, whoch could seat at least 200 people. A lot more umbrellas needed. Room could do with an AC update. It was roasting. Sweat box!

Because we were a group we were treated like scum the minute we arrived Asked for five euros a bag to put in room whilst our rooms were ready. Charge £250 deposit per room and each room was visited before they released them at the end of the holiday We caused no trouble, was not spoken to once and didn’t even stay in hotel most days They need to remember not all groups are the same Give respect get respect

Thin walls. Could hear people in next room and on balconies. Breakfast wasn’t great, only one staff doing everything. Security at night was rude and abrupt

The pool wasn't very clean, you could clearly see the grime on the sides of it. Sunbeds are quite grotty - most looked filthy and broken. There's some areas that looked quite old and not very clean. Breakfast was okay - nothing spectacular and not much choice. We didn't opt for all inclusive and I'm happy we didn't because looking at the service available it didn't seem like we'd enjoy it that much.

Room size and cleaning services, fresh towels daily. Location was quite central but if you're not into partying then that's also bad because it is very loud at night when you're trying to sleep.

When we arrived at about 7pm we we're told the main hotel was fully booked and we had to stay in small villas at the far end of the hotel..out of the way basically ..some of these rooms we're in need of much needed upgrading! Sunbeds are in need of renewing years ago !

The pool was a good size . The breakfast that we had was adequate with quite a lot of choice for the price we payed for our stay

Extremely noisy at night if you stay on the side that faces the strip, beds were very uncomfortable as were the sun loungers

Stains on bed, hair in bidet, money taken from the room, had to climb in and out of window to balcony as door wouldn’t lock properly, can’t bring food into your room, ants all the tables outside when having breakfast, have to pay for safe in room

The staff are very officious, almost aggressive. Plus, there is a real lack of transparency as they ask for 250e breakage deposit per rooms. Rooms are basic, but ours had someone's dirty socks from the last occupiers.

The location is excellent. Breakfast and the pool are very good. Plus, towel change each day.

Staff on check in are ridiculously slow

Don’t listen to the bad reviews, this hotel is perfect for large groups of friends. It’s basic but clean. The breakfast does the job and the pool area is large. It’s right in the middle of the strip so perfect for a drunken walk home. Yes it’s noisy and full of idiots but what are people expecting when booking a hotel this cheap.
