Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandI didn't like the way the night staff team treat me and my wife in regards the parking. I was told that I could parking ANY yellow parking spot. When we went down to the parking ( using a weird lift) , the only yellow spot available was one with a trolley on. My wife move it to the side to make room for me to parking. so far so good. Then we went for a dinner when we comeback to hotel the guy on reception said that I can't parking there , because it was for a permanent dweller at hotel. I apologized because the instruction wasn't complete , and promptly ask if they would like me to move. I understand it was a misunderstanding and it could happen. But the worst part was when a old staff lady, came to me the report the same problem, and she was so arrogant, and treat me and my wife as 2 idiots , the rudeness of this lady was the biggest downfall of my staying at this hotel.
The breakfast was very good, overall the experience was satisfying . Hotel very clean, and great location.

SerbiaThe main impression is that hotel is very clean, comfortable and not expensive for what you get! Breakfast room has enough space not to feel crowded and breakfast is of a good quality. Walking distance from the Marques Metro Station is only 5-6 minutes, safe at night.

ArmeniaThe light in the room was vеry dim and depressive, 4 out of 8 sockets didn't work at all. No drain im the bathroom, thus the bathroom floor was wet and even flooded, we had to ask the staff for mop everyday.
The staff was great, very helpful. We were fond of breakfast, very nutritious and diversa.

PortugalLocation too dark and near discos and pubs . Room without sight varanda as I asked but luckily I didn't bring my pet. Looking backwards. The garage is very small only with 6 places. Very complicated the lift from the garage to go in and out.

PortugalSome young staff that because they are young and not clever I forgive them- they wanted to charge 12€ brcauee I had a colleague that went to my room to give me some docs and sign it... anyway luckily there were 2 ladies that were more clever and realize that my colleague didn't sleep there and didn't charge. Lesson from young workers: stop having dirty minds and be professionals... unfortunately don't know the name of the worker but he had glasses. If they charge me for sure would ask the complaint book and probably criminal charges on the worker...

United KingdomSome additional info: The hotel is a small distance away from the centre and up a steep hill. I live in a hilly part of London and am used to walking everywhere, so 30 mins walk to get to some areas was ok for me personally. However, for others that may be too far/difficult. (Especially in warmer weather!) The hotel's sound proofing is not great; I could hear people flushing the toilet and talking from other rooms, but again I am used to this being from a noisy city, so I slept fine. However if you are a super light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this may be an issue for you.
Hotel was really good. I stayed for two nights and it had everything I needed. Breakfast was nice, a standard choice of sweet and savoury options; all delicious and was never too crowded at any point. Everything was clean and staff were polite. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.

NetherlandsWe check-in the hotel on time and made the payment up front. We decided to check out from the hotel one day earlier. They said it is not possible due to booking.com policy. I called the customer service and they tried to convince the hotel about one day early check-out. unfortunately they were not successful either. I do not understand why I cannot check out from a hotel after staying for two nights!
The hotel is clean and has a parking lot. Except for receptionists the hotel staff seems they have been forced to work.

GreeceWhile on the map the hotel looks close to the city center unfortunately there are many uphills. Luckily taxis were cheap. About 5 euros from the center. Also, my room was clean and comfortable, but it overlooked the unfinished part of the building and I had no view at all. When I opened the room for fresh air, unfortunately the air from the air conditioners came in.
The staff was friendly with us and served us very well. The rooms were clean and the breakfast quite good.
