Perfect location and beautiful building! They gave us a room with a terrace- what a view!!! Breakfast is very good and the personal at the reseption was so nice and helpful!

We spent 1 night and everything was beautifully organized! Hotel's staff were very friendly, we managed to keep our bags before check-in and after check out and everything was very nice! Breakfast was very delicious and I would easily say that there were variety of options. Also, the location of the hotel is close to everything. I would highly repeat the stay if I am again in Porto!

The location was perfect. Right in the centre and easy to walk almost to all the main sights & some fabulous eating out places nearby too. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was most comfortable and the pillows very good quality too. The bathroom was lovely and the amenities offered too. We stayed in the new part of the hotel which was lovely. Very good value for money. The breakfast was perfect and they offered a late breakfast time too - until 11am which is the best (Many hotels do not offer this so we really loved that idea) The breakfast choice was plenty and overall we had a great experience !

This is not a criticism of the hotel as such, but due to the location in the narrow Porto streets, there was very little natural sunlight, both in the room, and in the breakfast lounge. Not the hotel's fault, but if you prefer lodgings with more natural sunlight, this may not be the best place.

Beautiful hotel in the best location in Porto. Just 2 minutes away from the lively and colorful riverbank, and within walking distance of all major attractions. The breakfast was good, and staff was very kind and helpful. The room was beautiful and the aesthetic sublime. A great choice for Porto!

The hotel and the room were beautiful and perfectly located in Porto. The place is close to the river and to the city center. The staff is always helpful and available. We had a very good stay.

The hotel.is new. The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated, , with floor to ceiling windows, wooden floors., velvet accents and marble bathrooms. The location is excellen. Just two blocks from the Ribeira, in the old part of town. Breakfast is delicious and varied. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Check-in was easy and smooth, staff was very friendly and they helped to bring our luggage up to our room and briefed us about the building, our room and hotel facilities. Room was clean, spacious and nice decor with style. Breakfast selection was great in a comfy place downstairs. Location is convenient, hotel lobby is very comfortable, we walked everywhere in the city and it was safe to return at night using the key card. With the price point we paid it was highly recommended!

Very nice hotel close to Ribeira Square. Our rooms were very clean, quiet and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff was very nice and helpful. There are plenty of very good restaurants nearby and it's also very easy to get a taxi or uber right outside the door. We had a very pleasant stay!
