The breakfast is pretty basic, you don't have a lot of options to choose from. The pool is not the cleanest, neither the sunbeds around it. The sheets had a weird smell and the beds are not comfortable at all.

The apartment is spacious. It was ok for the price we paid. Nice view from the terrace where we had the breakfast.

Very nice hotel. We stayed only one night at the end of holiday. Half of our family stayed in room in the main building which was great with fireplace and spacious bedroom. Others stayed in apartment in nearby villa, which was also nice but would definitely need some refurbishment and facelift. Good location with restaurant terrace on the cliff - beautiful! is just 10 min to the airport . Tasty breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. I can imagine staying there again.

Lack of communication regarding issues with water boiler. They knew we didn't have hot water, but only resolved it after we complained about not being able to have a shower.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were so friendly and professional. Evening meal in restaurant was very good.

I thought that the view is also from the appartement, but they were placed near by the main building with restaurant.

The room was too hot because of lack of ventilation. There was a fan in the room but it took some time to cool the room.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The location on the cliff side is perfect to enjoy a sunny day.

Beautiful accommodation with a great terrace and beautiful views. Great garden and cosy rooms. Delicious breakfast. There is also a restaurant so you can sit on the terrace also in the afternoon/evening and drink poncha or wine.

The swimming pool was out of the service and we needed to use the public pool which was small and crowded. The bath there's a lot of ants even when they cleaned.

The location is perfect With nice restaurants close by. The apartment was really good size and had everything we needed.

Without air conditioning it was very hot at night although a fan is provided.

The location of the terrace where you sit for breakfast, a refreshing beer during the day or dinner in the evening is what makes this hotel. Perched on the cliff edge above the sea gives you the perfect place to just be in the moment. We had the best evening meal of our entire stay in Madeira, beautifully presented and delicious.

Decor needs a little revamp but the charm is nice & they helped with my card not working! Thank goodness ...the only kind hotel out of three.. The Views down the road was awful to me and made me sit until midnight nearly kicking me out when I paid over western union directly. This Inn and art hotel was so polite and kind ...such a gem for a single women

Cleaning is very poor… Dirty floor (terrace and in), dirty bathroom (with brown signs in the white door…). And the price of watter, 4€ each bottle…

See views from the room number 5 (amazing). Breakfast included in the price has been tasty and with a lot of variety of food. The size of the room is very good.

After our arrival we waited quit a long time at the reception. Our accomodation was in depanance building. and that was a bit i convenient.

The only thing I disliked was the bathroom- no mirror above the washing basin, obviously the designer never shaved in the morning.

The small kitchen had limited equipment if you wanted to cook but we ate out so it did not matter. The pool was tiny and in the shade during winter, but would probably use it in the summer.

I loved the personal attention of this boutique hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful with my dietary requirements, travel on the island and places to visit. Restaurant was excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The apartment was lovely
