I would have liked to stay longer with a little warmer weather to have more time to use the garden and pool! :)

From start to finish, the warm welcome from the friendly and helpful team! Overall, the bright atmosphere, the garden and pool courtyard, lovely comfortable bedroom and bathroom. The breakfast offered so much choice, and so many little extras such as homemade local sweet and savoury pastries and jams. And the smiley team everywhere. There's a positive energy all around and you really feel at home. The location is close to everything but just a little out so a bit calmer/quieter.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We traveled as a big group, one of us had their birthday on the day of our arrival and the staff surprised them with a cake and a note on their room. Very thoughtful! The pool was great as well as the area around it. Clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was good as well, very nice that you could order fresh egg dishes.

The property is located in a residential area close to the city center. The staff was very friendly and caring. They offered us a drink and useful tips to visit Lisboa! The breakfast was delicious. It felt very cosy like home !

This place is amazing, we loved it a lot. It's like a green oasis in the middle of concrete of Lisbon jungle. It's so quite, and peaceful and the staff is beyond excellence. They are so welcome, caring and sincere. Honestly, it's the best hotel of such class I've ever been to.

The noise from planes to and from the airport can be sometimes a bis disturbing. But it's not a big problem at all. The overall experience is so much better.

The hotel is nicely located. The courtyard is weel protected from the surrounding streets, offering a pool and space for sunbath. The hotel has individually equipped rooms with nice arts. You feel like at home and not in a hotel. The service and personnel were always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was quite unique with several local meals. Unfortunately I couldn't not use pool or hammam, but at my next visit I'll certainly do so.

There was nothing I could fault.

The location, behind the plain pink walls on the street, was a little oasis of calm, small garden seating area, lovely little pool, sauna and a lemon tree, delightful. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, such an array of fruit, salads, meat, cheese, freshly cooked eggs, freshly squeezed juices, cakes, home made breads and jams! Also while not providing evening meals, when I was late back from work, the wonderful manager offered to make me a salad served with delicious vino verde! The pick up from airport was great.

Only thing I could say is that not that walkable if slightly elderly or struggle to walk- to get home have to walk up hills, but if able only a lovely 20 minute walk into the centre

Great hotel, sheltered from the noise of the city center yet very well connected and accessible by foot or public transportation. The staff is very welcoming and caring. The rooms are very comfortable, spacious, and perfectly clean. Breakfast is unlimited and very good. Hammam available after a good day of exploring Lisbon. If we come back to Lisbon, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations entirely. Beginning with our first interactions with the staff (I think one of their names was Riccardo, and I'm so sorry for forgetting the other lady- y'all were so great, thank you), we were blown away. They were so entirely kind and receptive of us and welcomed us with open arms. We had had a pretty rough day, and being received so welcomely was incredible. The room was quiet, and the front desk attendants offered us amenities that made up for our day, such as bathrobes and wine. The shower was well-pressured and hot, and the TV had English channels. Cozy, cozy room, and the breakfast was stellar. We sincerely appreciate everything you guys did to accommodate us!!

My first time in Lisbon and while traveling alone. Jardim da Lapa is the most welcoming place you can imagine. The rooms are spotless, the garden is just amazing, Fernanda was the best host upon my arrival and during the days. She was willing to prepare me a fabulous small dinner at a very late time. Breakfast buffet is absolutely wonderful. I'm not into big breakfasts but the choice of freshly made dishes was very tempting. I liked the area of Lapa very much as well. I'm sure I will return to this hidden gem!
