Walls are not that soundproof, we received breakfast pack when checked-out before restaurant opening, but my gluten -free request was not taken into consideration.

Hotel is on metro line, convenient, Gluten-free food available. Friendly people and service, clean. big rooms, nice roof-top with pools.

I couldn't fault this hotel

Great hotel with really friendly staff. Rooms are very spacious and the shower was amazing . The rooftop pool and bar were lovely too. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk to the main centre but Ubers are readily available, there were also some lovely restaurants and bars near the hotel . We had a great stay and will definitely visit again. Highly recommend this hotel

The location of the hotel was good. You can easily discover the city by walking. There are also many options for public transportation near to the hotel (Metro or Bus). The room was clean and the breakfast very good. The staff was also very kind.

Our bathroom kept getting clogged (apparently this is a frequent problem in Portugal). But someone always came immediatly to fix it. Also, since we were on the first floor we had a pretty noisy air condition or some type of ventilation machine which was always running. Still, not reasons not to stay at the hotel, maybe request a higher floor :-)

Upscale hotel a bit outside of the center of Lisbon. Great pool on the roof and spa/pool in the basement. Very friendly staff, very accomodating. Break buttet VERY varied and plentiful and a fair price. Overalll great place to stay if you don't mind not staying in the midst of the old town.

The extra charge after dinner for coffee seems to be a bit out of place on our half-board.

The breakfast was great,dinner was very good,choices met expectations. Weather was not great for pool usage however we did spend some time having cocktails. Our room was outstanding and the cleaning staff were great. The staff at reception were friendly and very helpful and polite, especially Hugo.

We could have used more hooks and bars in the bathroom to hang towels, clothes and our laundry that we had handwashed. We didn't see any shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom and we barely brought any of our own, because the website mentioned that toiletries were provided. Also, it would be nice to have the glass shower wall be matte/not transparent so that two people who are not a couple could use it at the same time.

The room was very comfortable and I appreciated the fact that the windows actually opened; we had nice weather and is was great to get some fresh air. The breakfast buffet was large and varied and delicious and the little pasteis de nata were very delicious! The rooftop deck and pool were wonderful. And I loved the bathrobe and large luxurious towels. Also, the staff was very helpful when my friend got food poisoning and needed a few extra things. Thank you!
