Very hard to find a fault! A full length mirror would have been a useful touch and the sofa was a little bit uncomfortable but neither was a big deal.

The place was spacious, clean and very well equipped. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room to hang all our clothes. The kitchen/dining space had everything we needed for a short break - small table and chairs, big fridge, coffee machine etc. It felt like a safe, secure location and the self check in was really convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful via message and also let us leave our bags in their office (15 mins walk away) on our last day before our flight.

Be aware that there is no lift in the building, fine if stairs are not a problem. We were in 2b.not every apartment has a balcony, stairs are very steep.

Apartment with terrace is spacious spotlessly clean and in lovely condition. Excellemt shower. Location is super for metro, airport is half hour away you can walk everywhere,and for sightseeing, metro is right on the door step.

The are is a bit sketchy. Probably not too safe walking around at late hours.

. It's down to personal preferences, but for us the mattress was too hard (better this than too soft though). . Minor remark: the round table in the kitchen living is a table for 2. We knew that and we were fine with it, but for 4 people it may be quite small if deciding to have a proper dinner at home. This was not our case as restaurants were too good to stay home!!

. Property was very quiet, a main priority for us, an absolute peace. . The owner/company offered a superb service: we arrived on Sunday afternoon, all self-check in instructions were perfect, but the flat was prepared for 3 rather than for 4 people. We rang the number, the gentlement promptly called us back, and despite agreeing he would get us the set of towels and pillow etc the following morning, he had them delivered to us already the same evening! Really thoughtful. . Location was fabulous:Trindade metro few minutes away, convenience store on our doorstep, city center at 10 minutes walk. Could not have asked for more.

The shower could be designed a bit better; the lack of doors caused the bathroom floor to get wet. Additionally, the living room could benefit from some re-arrangement or refurbishment. There were no additional pillows, the TV seemed tiny considering its distance from the sofa, and having an additional table in front of the sofa and armchairs would be useful.

The apartment was worth the price - the location was perfect, and the flat had everything needed. It was great to have a big balcony. Overall, the apartment and shared area were clean and spacious enough for two people.

The bed was hard to sleep on, but the bed soffa was like a stone. Very hard to sleep. No brooms or sweep brush to clean the floor. knife was not sharp. Food gets stuck in the pan they gave us. The key to the wash room did not work. Windows was about to fall down if you want to open them. The view was not great from my flat. It was a abandoned building in front of our window which was kind of scary. But it was not their fault.

Few minutes walking distance from Porto central city. 4 minutes walking distance from the Trindade station. 25 minutes from the airport. Very clean and nicely decorated. Good heating system. Good service. When I asked them for extra blankets they immediately gave me. The washroom was very clean and nice as well. enough towel and shower gell

No luggage storage after checking out. There is storage place opposite apartment but with a fee, charge by the hour.

Communication -quick, polite, kind, effective; Managed by lovely, helpful people; Location-close to majority places of interest and almost next to a train station which connects to airport; Apartment -very pleasant, clean, bright, well equipped and comfortable; We really enjoyed ourselves there, felt really comfortable in general. Sofa was very uncomfortable. It had rained for two days solid so we couldn’t go out exploring and had to sit on the bed as the sofa was rock hard.
