The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the location was good for us, our second time to Lisbon, close to Time Out Market and an easy trip to Belem. Despite several bars in the area, the room was quiet. The surrounding neighborhood is seeing some construction, but there are lots of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, more local than touristy. Cheap Uber and Bolt rides make this a great location, as you can get most anywhere quickly.

Gets really noisy at night couldn't really sleep well and the doors do not seal so you literally hear everything even someone washing a glass in the kitchen!

The bathroom needed ventilation especially when numerous people are showering. One of the bed bases were broken and made a lot of noise when you moved.

The room was clean and spacious. Good for a group of friends. Very convenient location close to many restaurants, bars, shops etc.

Please know that in the evening, it’s typical for young adults to gather at the restaurants in and outside to socialize together at the large square across & in front of the hotel.

The manager João is a real gem, a professional. He recommended a restaurant to us 2 minutes walking distance away that turned out to be the highlight of our trip, we will never forget it.

The location of this accommodation is excellent, the room was clean, and the check-in process was straightforward. However, if you're staying on a Friday or weekend, be prepared for some noise, as the street tends to be lively with people partying throughout the night. Fortunately, the windows provide excellent sound insulation, so noise wasn't a significant issue for me. The staff were friendly, and obtaining a discount for the nearby underground garage, conveniently situated in front of the building, was a bonus. While the parking may be a bit pricey, our host's discount brought it down to 19 Euros for a 24-hour period.

Towels had some stains and pillows are not very comfortable if you're sensitive to such details.

We loved the place! We arrived late so we self checked-in, it was really easy and comfortable. Location was amazing, we loved the area and it's pretty close to everywhere by walk. Overall, I'd prefer this place again for my next visit.

I had to pay in person and the reception was only open after 10, this was inconvenient because I was there for work and I had to come back during the day. The room had a weird smell (not so strong, but noticeable). It may be the building or from outside, but still annoying

The elevator didn’t work, so we had to take the stairs every time. Only one towel is provided per person. Can be quite noisy at night.

The staff were great and welcoming, luggage storage was also great and handy for us. View from room was great, cute little local eateries downstairs plus public transport options near by and easy to access. Room was clean and tidy and perfect for us.

There are several bar down the building and across the street. It’s quite noise during the night. I’ll need earplugs.

The location is great easy to access to the city Centre and the airport.
