Nice people, great location, good value for money

The location was convenient for our rental car as it was easy to access and had parkade parking below, which was very valuable for our stay! Our room was clean, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the inner courtyard! The staff was also very friendly at check-in. This was our most expensive accommodations on our trip, but also the nicest. We would highly recommend it!

Room was clean enough but not spotless. We had a cockroach in the room that came from the ac unit on the last night. Also the ac unit didn’t work as it kept defaulting to 26 degrees. Not an issue at this time of year though!

It was less the location than the booking system that I had an issue with. On line it appeared to me that it was an individual apartment. So, I was surprised when it was a small room with a (private) bath across the hall. Also the booking site had a price for a twin or double and I thought I had asked for a double (they were the same price) but we got twin beds (for an anniversary trip!). They organized a cab to the airport for the next morning, but the cab never showed up, so we had to call a bolt. None of these things were a big deal in any way, just not perfect.

Our check in person was very nice and helpful. The room and the bathroom were very clean and acceptable. It was nice that the building had a small elevator, because the checkin and our room were on the 3rd floor. Had we been staying longer it would have been nice to use the cute shared kitchen.

The walls were very thin, you hear everything between the different rooms. Bathrooms being across the halls with a separate key slightly inconvenient

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the location was good for us, our second time to Lisbon, close to Time Out Market and an easy trip to Belem. Despite several bars in the area, the room was quiet. The surrounding neighborhood is seeing some construction, but there are lots of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops, more local than touristy. Cheap Uber and Bolt rides make this a great location, as you can get most anywhere quickly.

Gets really noisy at night couldn't really sleep well and the doors do not seal so you literally hear everything even someone washing a glass in the kitchen!

The bathroom needed ventilation especially when numerous people are showering. One of the bed bases were broken and made a lot of noise when you moved.

The room was clean and spacious. Good for a group of friends. Very convenient location close to many restaurants, bars, shops etc.

Please know that in the evening, it’s typical for young adults to gather at the restaurants in and outside to socialize together at the large square across & in front of the hotel.

The manager João is a real gem, a professional. He recommended a restaurant to us 2 minutes walking distance away that turned out to be the highlight of our trip, we will never forget it.
