The bathroom is slightly outdated and with it came a bit of a smell from the pipes I’m guessing. Apart from that the cleanliness and daily cleaning has been excellent.

Nice, quiet and pleasant location. Beautiful gardens and pool facilities. The staff were super friendly and helpful! I was also positively surprised by the daily breakfasts. It was freshly cooked , included fresh bread, coffee etc. It was a great value for money, and me and my family greatly enjoyed our stay here.

Some infrastructure problems which they claimed to be due to the uncommon excessive rain and cold. Central heat was not working and the alternative electric heater caused multiple circuit breaks. No hot water for shower in one of the days. Those are rooms in a shared house, so loud neighbors are a problem.

Quiet and well located former farm with easy access to multiple cities around, and parking spaces. Large and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Good wifi.

Beautiful guest house, idyllic location, shared but amazing facilities, nothing to dislike about the place. Short but super stay! I would give 10 out of 10, but not really pleased about being ignored when I requested an invoice for our stay. Up until the booking day the communication with the managment was great, but once we checked out and I attempted multiple messages regarding the invoice, I was ignored.

The bathroom has a slight smell of mold, and the apartment isn't well insulated from noise. We can clearly hear the people living in the next room.

The king suit is lovely, but not for 4 adult as the extra sofa is more for two kids.

The villa is in a peaceful area and relaxing. King suit is big room with extra table for dinner and the shower is amazing.

The location is not very easy to find, we struggled a bit with navigation. The 2 bedroom family room is a connected space and there is no door, I don't think that is emphasized enough. When the facility is full, parking can be problem.

The building is beautiful and is located in a wonderful environment. The whole property is full of details and furnishings, I believe it is a paradise in the summer months. The rooms were large and comfortable, the heating was excellent. The kitchen had everything necessary for preparing meals and a longer stay. The gentleman who welcomed us was very kind, they have an adorable dog and some cats too.

The heating, even though the house was warm, and the hot water worked well, the heating in the rooms was not working, we didn’t report the issue as we came late and left early!

The house is so spacious, and that’s what made it comfortable for us. The rooms really have space, and the location in the heart of the nature is great. The house had what we needed and the owner/manager was so kind! It was really correct and even above our expectations! Good value for money

The flat needed some cares. The lights were not functioning, although we had lamps all around so it was ok and nice. The shower had reflux waters from the drainage, and It is weird, but we had a second shower/bath, supposed tò be a Jacuzzi, but functioning only as shower.

The welcome team with Nuno and a 3ys old Little Fairy showing me the place, the stylish flat, quiet position. The flat was big, warm very cosy. The bed was super comfortable. The small kitchen was well equipped. Everything was clean. The position was very remote, but It was quiet.

What we did not like is that it is very dark in the evening on the stairs from the parking lot to the apartment. The place itself needs more maintenance - some doors don't close, the ceiling lights in the rooms don't work and it's a bit dark in the rooms, the whole apartment smells damp and musty. But it's not unbearable. An oven can be added because it is missing.The hair dryer in the room was not working.

The location is wonderful. Located 30 minutes from downtown Lisbon, Sintra, Cabo de Roca, Cascais. about an hour's drive from Óbidos. The apartment itself was clean as well as the yard. The area is very quiet and pleasant. The beds are comfortable with clean sheets and the room sizes are adequate. There is daily cleaning.

We had booked this place because of the pool and the quiet garden, but the pool was empty when we arrived (november), which was very disappointing. Also the garden was not quiet as there was a lot of loud gardening and maintenance going on both days we stayed, since I suffer from migraines this was the opposite of what we hoped for. Also we found a lack of privacy, as the door between the 2 bedrooms had been made into a bedboard (so there was no door between) and the guests in the further room had to pass through the first bedroom to go out and to go to the restroom..And basically this meant when you want to take a private call you have to exit the room.

Both doublebeds were supercomfortable and the garden looked beautiful. The kitchenfacilities were prime, with a lovely outside kitchen as well as inside. The shower was warm and the bathroom beautiful. The host was very nice. After inquiring about the ongoing gardeningnoise it was ceased for the late afternoon. The price was good.
