the smell... I think of a sewer? could.not find a reception. we found the housekeeping and they let us in.. not a problem - just unexpected. wish the pillows were soft goosefeather.

The shower in the king suite is fantastic. The views were incredible. The staff was friendly and courteous. We would definitely stay again. We locked our wallet in the house very early in the morning when leaving for the airport. They were so quick to respond. Entirely our fault, but still very helpful. Thank you again.

Very well located, spacious, clean and super friendly owners/staff. We stayed for 1 night before heading south to the Algarve, will come back in the future to stay longer and visit Lisbon.

Small maintenance in the rooms could improve the stay and upgrade quality what this location needs: like fixing the shower head in the bathroom, the lock on the room didnt close easlily and more power outlets in the room.

Lisbon Country Villa is a dream place to stay, calm quiet and surrounded with beautiful flowers yet close to the city. We stayed here two nights and everything was organised well by the owners. Unfortunately we didnt have time to swim in the pool, but it looked very clean. The rooms were simple and functional. Breakfast was freshly made every morning and we were surprises with pastel de natas from the local bakery. We reccomend this place to all who want some rest and enjoyment close to the city.

There is a terrible smell in the hallway and in the bathroom, that guests share who do not have their own bathroom in their rooms. It is the smell that comes usually from old plumbing. Plus , it get very noisy in the evening and at night when all the guests are going back and forth to the bathroom. Also, be care careful when you book since not ALL ROOMS HAVE THEIR OWN BATHROOMS. I made the mistake making the booking without reading carefully the description. Plus,, they do not have enough mugs and dishes to use in their kitchen.

Our room was spacious with a nice view. The villa is in a great location to explore the area. They have a nice garden, which is great to decompress after doing sightseeing. The host Ana and the couple who live on the property are nice and helpful.

The host was very kind, but could not speak english. Google translate was helpful. The smell in the bathroom is not okay.l Curtains would be cosy in the room.

The property is beautiful and serene. A perfect countryside escape just minutes away from bustling Lisbon, Sintra, and Cascais. The property is wonderful for families, with a large garden, a pool, and plenty of area to explore. We were too tired to go out to dinner and chose to order delivery from Uber Eats, which had numerous options to choose from- even grocery delivery! Truly a perfect escape! The property owners deserve their own mention as they were absolutely wonderful, helpful, and made us feel like friends/family rather than customers.

Some things not as advertised eg no hot tub, no smart TV, spa bath not working. Kitchenette not as well equipped as advertised. No extractor fan so some mould in bathroom.

Good sized room and large bathroom. Beds pretty comfortable. Quiet location.

Missing kitchen appliances, huge but not practical quadruple room. Spacious but unfinished circular bathroom (no tiles, no hangers, wooden parts never drying.

Funny smell in the kitchen, but nothing too much to worry about (we weren't supposed to have a kitchen at all, so can't complain really) I could hear people talking in other rooms while in a bathroom. It seemed like someone came to our room at first. However, I couldn't hear anything in the bedroom. So nothing to worry about.

The garden and views were stunning. It was so lovely to walk around, and have a coffee outside in the morning. They gave us a larger room. A really large one! which was fabulous, so nicely furnished. We loved it! There's a large swimming pool. We saw a BBQ place but didn't use it. The place is easily reachable by car from both Lisbon's city center and from Sintra.
