Netflix was not working, but not a major issue. We had to withdraw cash to pay the city tax, as they do not accept card payments.

The apartment was really easy to reach, and the owner of the apartment agreed for an early check in. Sara was excellent, with her patience she explained all we needed to know in how to get the best experience from our trip. The apartment is well equipped, clean, with kitchen and utensils and a near supermarket. We also had a late flight in the evening, and we have been helped in leaving the apartment at a convenient time. I would definitely recommend it and will stay here again if back to Porto!

The bathroom was a bit dirty, mold around the sink. The coffee machine was not working properly. The rest was perfect.

Very nicely decorated apartment in the heart of the city. All the main attractions are very close. The host was amazing, gave us good recomendations about local cafes and restaurants.

There were no dish clothes and no drying rack for dishes. There was no shelving where you could put your stuff.

You get what you pay for and more. The rooms are not huge but it is enough

Very clean, perfect location, there is a chicken shop directly opposite the apartments and it’s really cheap for what you get! It tastes unreal. Sarah the lady was very kind and showed us everything we can do and try as it was our first time in Porto , it is a very beautiful city you can definitely view all the touristy spots within 2/3 days

Having two keys would have been appreciated, because we wanted to do different activities and having only a set of key made it way more difficult!

It was clean, I was warmly welcome, the kitchenette contained everything we needed... I highly recommend this place!

Nothing to not like.

Clean, comfortable. Nice and cool after a hot day around the city, great shower we used many times and super comfy bed. Me and my husband were very satisfied. Plus Central location close to everywhere we needed to be. Sara was very welcoming and happy to help if we needed her.

It was no problem for us, but the apartment is on the top floor so you have to be able to climb a few flights of stairs!

The apartment was modern, clean and in a great location. The photos really dont do it justice! The bed was very comfortable and we had absolutely everything we needed in the apartment. The host was wonderful and so helpful with making recommendations and advising us. We would definitely recommend!

The room was amazing, and so was the location. The city and possibly Portugal isn't the most mobility impared accessible, so if you plan to visit, plan ahead.

We arrived Saturday and annoyingly we were hoping to check in earlier. The host was amazing, not only did she understand, she pushed check in early and had someone waiting for us. She took the time to show us around the room, and give us suggestion as what to do in Porto noting it was our first time. Brilliant. The room was lovely, spacious, close to literally all amenities and most importantly clean. She was at the end of the phone if we needed her and made our first stay in Porto all the more special. Would definitely recommend, and when we come back again we'll be sure to be in touch 😊

Bathroom very small, but adequate. 3rd Floor and no lift, potentially difficult for elderly people.

Very good location. Bus and Metro link very nearby. Loads of valuable information about the city from Angelica!!! She even checked up and provided more info when contacted. Overall a good place to stay.

We were there in December when the highest temperature was about 19-20 degrees in the flat by the air conditioner, even if we set it for more, that is a bit cold for us. If you don't mind it, you should book this flat because everything else is great.

It is totally in the city center, close to everything (metro, good and famous restaurants, train station etc). Sarah was really kind, she gave many advice where to eat, what to see, how to get to the airport. The kitchen and the bathroom is well equipped.

The host is very helpful and allow me to do early check-in. Which was so much helpful for me. The apartment is amazingly quite and perfect for the couple. The property is in peace location. Host is very helpful.

unfortunately the building next to the apartment is under heavy renovations, from 7AM until 7PM heavy noise! i was not able to neither do a phone call due to the noise and on top of that the restaurant above plays loud music until 9PM.
