The noise from the street below

Our host was in touch beforehand to get an approximate check in time and he was there to greet us. He went through the keys etc. and then spent time showing us all the places of interest on the Map. This was invaluable and we were able to see all the sights and experiences in Porto during our short stay.

Francisco and his wife were excellent hosts. The apartments are clean and really well designed and the location is honestly the perfect location in Porto. It's easy access to the city center but away from the hustle and bustle. The bar opposite is our favourite in Porto and the staff there are so friendly. Could not recommend Lost Apartments more, it's an amazing place to stay and we will return soon!

It does get noisy there, since the street is right outside the windows, but earbuds are provided. It wasn't a big issue for us.

Franciso is an amazing host, together with his wife, they ensured our stay was perfect and we were not missing anything. You can really see, that hosting people is their passion. Again, thank you, Franciso.

The property was fantastic. Francisco was a very welcoming host full of useful information to share. The location was easy walk to the main tourist attractions. It was in a quiet safe feeling area. The room had a good view of the tram trundling past. The mini kitchen was well equipped for some basic self catering. Lots of space to relax in after walking around all day. Thank you.

If not for the location, then most definitely for the hosts. What a beautiful portuguese power couple they are. Location is perfect because you can walk to many of the sights in Porto. Good pair of shoes and some fitness are a must when doing Porto on foot. The hosts also made sure I wouldn't be short on ideas what to visit, as they have extensive knowledge about his ancient city.

In this times, it is hard to meet the owners of the apartment. What I liked the most was that the owner himself picked up us from the station, gave us personally the keys and some pointers of the best thing to do in the city. He was the best hostess. The apartment is in front of the Alfândega, is clean, comfy and has everything you need.

We have been coming to LOST since 2019. So we allready have written a few reviews over the years but with the end of the year in sight, we wanted to take some time to write a review for 2023. We have been coming to Porto regularly for a number of years. We always try to stay in LOST, but sometimes LOST is fully booked, and we are a bit forced to stay somewhere else , not that there are other bad places in Porto but you're always happy to return home,to LOST. Perfectly located nearby the old city center, hosted by two superfriendly, warm and very kind people, Monica and Francisco, These people are always happy to help and make LOST feel like a warm home. Evertytime we arrive, we get a warm welcome back, with a very clean appartment, with some welcome fruit, coffee and fine Port wine. It's in the little details, why we keep choosing LOST every time year after year. The quality hasn't decreased over the years, which is clearly visible in all of the fantastic reviews LOST received so far. Monica and Franciso, muito obrigado!
