The communal kitchen was excellent but other guests weren't particularly tidy. Not the renter's fault therefore not much more you can ask of them. They give everyone clear instructions and they did clean up after the guests quite quickly - where they possibly shouldn't have to,

The location was just far away from the noise of the centre but there was a a bit of noise from buses and trams. This wasn't a problem because we had public transport as an option. We love walking and this location meant we could do that whilst going to see the sights. Th room was very spacious and the public areas were great.

A genuine and honest review of the place: the beds were so comfy it was hard to leave it in the morning. The room was big, beautiful and clean and the bathroom was very nice too! We left our room key card in the room and locked ourselves out at 9:15PM one evening and a staff member came in less than 30mins to help us. Great place to book with a group of people as the garden was and living room was lovely and could seat a fair few.

The bathroom needs some improvement since the humidity shows on the walls, etc, but it's fine.

The apartment is pretty nice, the room as well, spacious with an extremely comfy bed and pillows! The small balcony was also a real bonus, make sure to ask for it if you wanna see those cute small trams running under your feet down the street. Kitchen is well equipped, free coffee, nice dining room and a yard is pretty cool, too, if weather lets you to be outside.

To access the building you need to have some codes that they send it to you when you have done your check-in. It is a bit confusing and I think it could be a good idea to have 24h reception. The receptionist is through the phone

The rooms (with private bathroom) have a shared kitchen and communal space. Every room has a drawer in the fridge and there is a washing machine with washing power - no need to buy extra.

Very nice and large room, it had a small heating element, which was good to keep us warm during the January period. With our unit we also had parking included inside the garage of the building (not all units have this included I think) - this was very useful since in Lisbon parking is very hard. Finally, there is a well-equipped shared kitchen and living spaces. Each room has it's assigned place in the fridge and assigned place for groceries. There is also Nespresso-like coffee machine and capsules available.

First night the heating was not working. An electrical heating replacement was given the next day. Shower water takes some minutes to warm up. Shower has glass wall to entrance of the room (was not an issue for me).

The bathroom situation was terrible. The water leaked out whenever you shower did not drain complete after a shower and the towel warmer did not work. This meant that the floor towel was constantly wet. The towels to were light and again since towel warmer was not working, they were damp is you shower morning and evening

The walls are really thin so we could hear almost anything in the rooms close to us. The air conditioner was a bit loud but we were able to sleep with it.

The location is really good for tourist reasons. The room is spacious and well decorated. The access was easy and almost automatic. The common areas were nice.

The place is quite nice but do not expect parking spot 100%, it’s only reserved for 2 rooms. The shower head was broken and it’s cold inside but you have AC in the room and you can use it to make it warmer, our room didn’t have any proper table so it wasn’t comfortable to storage small and important things. Rooms and the kitchen are on different floors but it was very nicely equipped + guest area have incredible paintings and have enough space for most of the guests. Miss that was on the phone with us to answer our question was super nice 😊

Rooms were quiet and comfy. Other guest friendly and respectful Good facilities and lathe comfy common areas with big patio outside. Quite a fancy area near all the diplomatic residences... Little bit out of central area and away from tourist hubbub which we liked. Of course being Lisbon it was at the top of a hill!!

There were no sunblocking curtains and the room was in front of a streetlight. The headboard was loose and was loud with every movement. Internet didnt reach the bed. No chairs in the room to sit on. Tv was not working Shower drainage was not flowing No working wineopener in the kitchen. I recommend the owners telling the people where to find the key instead of showing it in a video.

We were happy that the location was not in the busy center. Its a really nice building with beautiful rooms, garden, kitchen and livingroom. We were extra happy with the garden. And the fully equiped kitchen and washingmachine were a plus.

The self check in situation can be a bit challenging for certain people. Our communication with the property on checkout was quite poor. We were not answered through the predetermined communication platforms and had to call to find out what their response was (there’s no reception service).

Noise!!! I could clearly hear neighbours quarrelling, partying, or having sex.

The bed was two individual beds that had been placed together with a sheet on top. Although it is quite common in Western countries the gap down the middle wasn't the most comfortable! It may be worthwhile using a mattress topper to prevent the crease.

I initially booked this accomodation when it was newly added to booking.com and decided to take a gamble. At that point in time there weren't many reviews and the photos seemed too good to be true... However, it was absolutely amazing and exceeded all expectations! The location was great with lots of lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was large with a nice view over the patio. The kitchen was fully functional and enabled us access to cook breakfast/lunch/dinner onsite. The building also felt very secure with door pins/cards required to access rooms and shared spaces.

Bedroom doesn't have much storage space or surfaces to put stuff, and it's not very isolated when it comes to other rooms noise. Not very functional for longer stays

Nice big kitchen, livingroom and terrace. Fast wifi to work. Cute bedroom.
