The design of the hotel is great, just a little bit of TLC, in some of the rooms and furniture. If this could be repaired it would be amazing

You could probaly boost a little bit the maintenance of the hotel, and another little suggestion, add some live music in the roof top in the evening is possible.

Beautiful well placed and well equpied hotel. Roof top with the swiming pool looks so nice you don’t even need to go outside of the hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly and there for you. Breakfast is also great and tasty.The city is really close, so you can walk to the centar of Lisbon. You just wo ‘t regret booking this hotel!

The tuk tuk tour was only 30 free of charge, all the tours need at least an hour to be completed so you need to pay for the remaining time. You should not advertise it as a free tuk tuk tour but more like an discount

The swimming pool at the roof is amazing and open from 8 till 22 which is not the standard in all hotels. You can do sightseeing during the day and enjoy the pool and jacuzzi after coming back. Mini bar was free Free hotel transfer from the airport is really great

Only downfall is no tea and coffe facilities in the room. It’s abit further out of the centre it took 30mins into the centre but all down hill going uphill coming back.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean and comfortable would like to go back in summer when rooftop bar is open as was closed when there in March. Breakfast was amazing so much choice.

Rooftop pool area looking a bit tired but we saw workmen inspecting this area on our second last day so perhaps they are planning to refresh.

Modern, well appointed hotel. Very clean, staff were mostly efficient and very friendly. The rooftop bar was not open when we were there because it was explained due to the time of year however was opened up for a corporate event happening at the hotel…would have been nice if it was opened for guests staying in the hotel. The room was nice, balcony looking over the flight path was great for plane spotting and breakfast was generally good. Soundproofing/hearing overhead air traffic in the room was never an issue when the balcony door was closed. The complimentary transfers to the airport the hotel provides are convenient.

A few hooks in the shower room would not have gone amiss particularly where two friends are sharing the room to enable them to undress with privacy.

Overall the room was excellent. The bathroom arrangements were unusual - separate toilet and shower rooms, with sink outside as part of the main bedroom. Breakfast was excellent - included freshly squeezed orange juice, a wide range of fresh fruits, cerials, breads and pastries, omlettes available on request. Hotel was around 15 minutes walk from Parque metro station through a park. Stop for Bus 712 towards Alfama, Graco and Estacio Alpolina was around 2 minutes walk away. City centre is around 30 minutes walk. Although the hotel is on the flight path to the airport, we didnt hear the planes in the bedroom - very good sound proofing. Heated pool and jacuzzi on the roof was very relaxing.

Really cannot fault it, everything was fab.

Very nice hotel, our rooms had balconies which was a lovely touch. Water pressure is fantastic, room is exceptionally clean and so is the rest of the hotel. Staff are incredibly helpful and flexible! Breakfast was fantastic, loads of fresh fruit and meat options, both hot and cold. The gym is well equipped although no towels or water is available. Parking was absolutely perfect too.

There's a lot of dead skin and sometimes a bandaid floating in the jacuzzi, and you feel very soapy - not so great. I'd have wished for heavier dumbbells in the gym. The driver who said he'd bring me back to the airport, but then sent someone else, came across very rude. I'm glad he sent someone else instead of driving me.

The fact that there are a pool and a jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace is great. The driver who got me from the airport was a gem! (He lived in Austria for a few years and we had a good chat.) The young driver and breakfast staff were also nice! You can reach the center (old town) by foot in 40 minutes or take a hike down the hill to the metro. The park opposite is beautiful, and there's a small supermarket if you want a beer under 7€.

The property was modern, spotlessly clean and quiet. The staff could not do enough for you and were super friendly and welcoming. Rooftop hot tub and pool were just what the doctor ordered with days of walking around the city. The breakfast included was also exceptional

The room was very small despite the promise of an upgrade from Booking.com. We selected this hotel for the roof terrace in order to practice early morning yoga though sadly the terrace was not open until 8.00am by which time we were having breakfast
