Excellent location, there’s nearby but stops and metro. Breakfast included with the price and it has variety of selections from cold meats, cheese, breads, and cooked breakfast. Staff were helpful.

The location is quite far from the center, but it’s possible to get there in approximately 30 minutes by metro. The room faced a very busy road, and planes flew low overhead all day – but the windows were reasonably soundproof. It seems unsatisfactory that you must pay 1 euro for each cup of coffee in the hotel room. Normally, such things are included at a hotel of this standard.

The standard of the hotel was satisfactory. Breakfast was good, with a large selection, including fresh fruit and good (capsule) coffee.

View was on ugly building with tens of AC units instead of view on quiet street. On website shows that there is a coffee maker in the room but not that you're charged 1 euro for tiny cup of coffee ( this is more than you pay at most coffee shops). Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

Everything was very good, except for a blond lady receptionist at the front desk. Pushy, unfriendly and worse thing was she was not professional either. She didn't look at the booking info at all and gave us the wrong room, and when I went downstairs to tell her the room wasn't the type of room we had booked, she insisted on her mistake a couple of times. I had to show her the booking information and eventually she realised her mistake, but there was a lot of delay. Besides, she gave us very ridiculous instructions and in the end I had to choose not to take her command. When we left the next day, I saw her still throwing a tantrum at the front desk. This is totally disproportionate to the service of a 4 star hotel. A great shame, because the staff at the other hotels were very nice and helpful.

Location is good for relatively quick access to the airport by bus or taxi, but the hotel is adjacent to a very busy road in an area that isn't particularly attractive. Although the hotel is quite new, my room was already showing signs of wear (such as warped flooring and patched paintwork). A loose rug in the room next to the bed was a serious fall hazard, as it did not grip the floor at all. Charging extra for the coffee in the room does not give off the premium feel that this hotel aspires to.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely lobby area. I liked that the hotel offered flexibility around cancellation and included an exceptional breakfast buffet (from 7 am).

The location is bit far from center Have to walk 600/700 meters to get into metro,but is okay as the neighborhood is very nice and safe.Anyway you can always use Uber. Not many shops around,a Lidl is there in 0.5 miles though The Room is bit small but its okay as its very clean

The spa is very poor. Jacuzzi barely warm, the saunas are seperated (men / women) inside bathrooms, are not turned on by default and are tiny. Would not recommend wasting the time and money

Close to the airport so could hear the planes loudly if the window was open but with air-con and window closed it was ok.

The hotel was easy to commute to with 2 nearby metro stations and plenty of buses stop nearby from the centre and to the airport too. The hotel is very nice and clean. The restaurant is very nice and provides a very good range for breakfast.
