Absolutely fantastic hotel in a great location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect and the breakfast provided each morning was delightful. It really set you up for the day. I really enjoyed the nespresso machine.

Beautifully curated. Both historical and modern seamlessly fused. Excellent facilities, Breakfast was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

Nothing, exceeded expectations!

The location was perfect, with everything within a short walking distance. The view from the rooms was incredible, as was the actual rooms themselves. Extremely clean & ready to help/kind staff. We were very pleased to extend our stay, in order to see all of Porto. We were grateful for amazing breakfasts, to give us the energy to do so. Thank you so much for a great experience !

The polished marble floor in the shower was slippery and dangerous when taking a shower. They could fix that by placing a rubber mat or something like it in the shower to prevent serious injuries from happening.

Hotel is centrally located in the City and is right next to the Douro river walk. Excellent free breakfast and hotel staff exceeded my expectations.

Great location, hotel was charming and clean. The staff was all very nice and helpful and just delightful. We got great recommendations for meals, parking was easy. The breakfast was delicious and a good variety of food, and well organized. Complimentary cake in afternoon and port in the evening.

Only drawback was the control of heat and ventilation which seemed not to work despite changes made on the console in the room. The window did however ensure that ventilation were at an OK level.

A Great but smaller hotel perfectly located close to Douro River. Very welcoming staff - always happy to help. Breakfast was great too. Highly recommended if you like a central hotel with nice staff and can live with rooms a bit to the small side.

The only minor point I would make is the need for a hat & coat hook in the room to hang an outdoor coat.

We couldn't fault the hotel. The room was perfect for a weekend break with all you need. The bathroom was large with a very good shower. The staff couldn't be more helpful or efficient and the breakfast was a delicious continental selection with fresh bread each day and a good selection of fruit and savoury goods. One bonus was the use of the dining room during the day for tea or coffee and the bonus of a fresh cake each afternoon.

The bed was not as comfortable as others have been. There was some noise heard from other rooms (snoring)

The location was really good for us. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Everything is kept very clean. Breakfast was great and the 24 hr availability of coffee was appreciated.

It would have been lovely to have a bar there - but there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, so it’s not a big deal.

The location is fantastic. Beautiful hotel, nicely decorated and very nice room with large bathroom. Delicious breakfast every morning. All staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly.

The cake each day was wonderful. Luiz Pinto on the front desk was exceptionally helpful with the best recommendations and just lovely! Port on arrival was a nice touch. Felt like home

Very charming place. Luiz at check in was so pleasant, helpful and informative. He made it feel like home, asking each time he saw us what we had done that day. The breakfast had so many options. Having the breakfast room available 24 hrs for tea and coffee and evening cake was a bonus

It's a small place with less than 30 rooms in a great location. There's a very nice common area with tea/coffee/water available 24/7. The breakfast was amazing and the staff went above and beyond, especially Luiz, who gave us an in-depth overview of all the attractions in Porto. Would definitely stay here again the next time I come back to Porto!
