The ride-sharing drop off and pick-up could have been better. Memoria Porto had no control over this and it wasn't horrible, just needs improvement by the ride-sharing companies.

Everything about Memoria Porto was excellent. The staff was welcoming and very helpful, making excellent recommendations on dining and the city. If we return to Porto, we will stay at Memoria Porto.

The google maps/ Uber maps show it is about a block further west, so taking Ubers I put in at Francis instead.

Asked for a view with landmark and we got it. Literally this window looks onto St Francis front door (including people walking by). Privacy is low but the site is gorgeous in this case - just close the curtains for privacy. The space was gorgeous. Will come back.

The Hotel was in a great location, close to the river and restaurants and we were able to catch the hop on hop off bus and tram out the front. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home immediately.

Great staff is what sets a good hotel apart and while I had very limited interaction with the front desk team I felt the hotel management might want to provide better training and maybe locate some more resources their way.

I loved the design, the comfortable room and the location. I was very impressed with breakfast which had been prepared with love, everything there was fresh, tasty and of a good quality. The breakfast girl was friendly as well. I’m just not sure how sustainable it is to divide breakfast time into three different time slots with 20-minute breaks between them. I have never seen it anywhere else and I can imagine it creates a lot of confusion for the guests and perhaps some frustration on the worker’s side too. It could also help to start breakfast earlier than 8 AM.

Very central hotel, very clean, modern and very welcoming rooms. The breakfast is plentiful with lots of choice and quality food. The staff is of extraordinary kindness and availability. If one day we return to Porto we will choose this hotel. Excellent value for money, central location, ideal for visiting the city on foot. The main attractions are all within a 15-minute walk and the stop of the Metro and Sao Bento station are a 5 minute walk away. The view of the river is wonderful. At 5 pm an exquisite cake is served every day in the breakfast room.

A bijou and stylish property with the most amazing staff in a fabulous location for exploring Porto. We had the most basic room on offer as the hotel had to accommodate us at very short notice and it was really comfortable, clean and offered us all we needed for our four night stay.

This place was awesome! It is so clean and comfortable, definitely fits the description of a boutique hotel. The location is perfect, what a view, staff is super friendly and very helpful, room is clean and quiet and comfortable, breakfast is delicious. I will tell any friends that go to Porto to stay here, as it was just lovely all-around. The staff is probably the best part of all, they’re just really helpful and kind. Would 10/10 recommend Memoria!

It is in an old church that has been converted into a boutique hotel. So it is stunning. It is comfortable and I loved my room and view. Room 401. The staff was excellent and the breakfast was fantastic! The location was also wonderful. It is in a touristy area, however, if you are savvy you can find the niches that the locals go to and get great food and hang out in the “fun”, spots.
