Staff were very friendly and provided free snacks 24/7. Beds were comfy, bathroom had a proper shower and had plenty of room. Had a desk and a refridgerator.

The room was quite small, ok for a short break but quite cramped. The lift was very small, old and didn't feel 100% safe.

My sister and I stayed here for 4 nights. The room was comfortable and the bathroom in particular was very nice. Hotel staff were pleasant and free coffee was available in the lobby. The location is fairly close, an uphill walk but that is unavoidable in Porto. The area was safe and the front desk staff kept the reception area secure after dark.

There was a need for a few repairs in the bathroom, yet they were not concerned with the hygiene. So, it would be better if they are fixed but does not change the quality of the trip much.

All the equipe was very nice, eager to help by giving us restaurant recommendations, suggestions about the town. For the price quality, the hotel's location was in perfect place.

Bed is too firm

Super friendly and helpful staff, large and clean bathroom, room is clean, easy access to public transport (bus stop to Campanhã is only a few steps away and there’s a metro station nearby)

I was a bit cold during the night, I think there should have been more blankets or a heater as it is winter. When I arrived the fee had already been charged and the money taken from my card, this information is not properly disclosed in Booking and it should be.

The evening staff on the front desk was a bit unaccommodating. Having working in a hotel as a front desk manager for many years, please do not tell me you cannot provide wine glasses when you have a bar and that you cannot provide extra pillows. It felt as it the staff member just did not want to look for some as he came back in 5 minutes to say there were no extra ones.

The hotel's staff upon arrival was very accommodating and informative. The complimentary 24 hr coffee station was a very nice.

The shower floor was flooding...not sure if it was just mine or all of them were like that...but a little uncomfortable to have a shower with all that water on the feet... They did not have an iron & iron board...the one they had was broken...apparently one customer broke it and they were waiting for a replacement. Perhaps next time...

The room had a really nice perfume to it. Nice to get into. The staff were the best. All of them so polite and helpful. The bed was comfortable, the desk had enough space for my laptop and had the plugs nearby...so I can call it business hotel as well as holiday due to its fantastic location. They have own parking but there were plenty of parking spaces nearby.

The city center is easily accessible. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The bed is comfortable. Coffee, tea and cookies are available 24 hours a day in the lobby.
