Really satisfied with the breakfast and attention of the staff. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated.

Roof Top garden and bar only open during the day. Nobody on reception after 5 pm, 3-30 on the day we left when we needed to collect our luggage. No bars or restaurants (except one ) in the area.

The hotel is located around 30 min from the city center. If you walk to get there, the street is almost always uphill. Quite challenging for aged people with some health conditions.

Really comfortable apartment hotel. Everything was clean and in good condition. Products from the brand Ritual in the bathroom that smell super good.

There is some sort of student flat or place next to the hotel and one night loud music and noise were quite disruptive. It lasted till late night hours.

The interior design of the hotel really meets the name boutique. Each room is themed.

Beautiful little boutique hotel; 5 mins or so walk to the metro station. Very helpful staff & lovely ambiance. Each room is related to an occupation in Portugal which gives it a very special touch

Travelled with my disabled wife. Arrival was all automated but straightforward Nice big accessible room with big balcony and decent views, coffee and tea in room. Breakfast was good but a bit limited, The staff were fantastic, they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable, including leaving a card and bottle of wine for my birthday in the room when we returned from a day out

Everything was just ok. We felt very wellcomed, stuf was always on disposition trying to expksplain us all we need, breacfast was nice, rooms and whole hotel very clean. As I don’t drink regukar milk I bought for myself rise milk… when was need for another one they made me surprise with the new one Very polite staf 💫

Wasn't the biggest fan of how far away from the city centre it was but that was probably our fault. But never you mind, UBER is super cheap in Porto!

Staff were fantastic especially the gent at the main desk, very informative! Breakfast had a wide range to choose from and from many different cultural backgrounds. Would stay again.

Breakfast and tables :( it is uncomfortable to sit there and eat when you are travelling with more than one person - very little space.

We love that all of the rooms have a theme - they are very original! The staff working there were super helpful and friendly. The location is great.

Small room, good for a few nights though.

Nice fashionable room, but quite small. Perfect for a few nights but not longer. The breakfast was really nice, large selection of fresh food! Friendly staff. Location: not far from metro station (7 min walk) so quite easily accessible, we walked into the historic center which was like 25 mins walk. The rooftop bar seemed really nice but the weather was really bad when we were there so we can't really judge this. We had one drink inside one night but it is really small. We did have a nice chat with other guests there so that's a bonus. I bet the terrace is really nice when it's sunny!

We really enjoyed this hotel and would fully recommend it.

The hotel was lovely and the staff were so attentive and friendly.Breakfast was freshly cooked and had a good variety for all tastes.The rooftop bar was lovely although the weather was not great at this time of year so we're not fully able to appreciate the views and ambience. The hotel was easy to reach on the Metro which was very cheap although the hotel was also within 15/20 minutes walk from the start of the city centre which we walked to everyday.Overall a very enjoyable trip with lots to see.We would recommend the walking tour and the cellars to sample the port !

Everything was great. I love a bathtub but understand for the space that may not be possible. The rooftop view wasn't open but that was due to the weather and not the fault of the hotel.

The location was far enough from the hustle of the city but close enough to walk to the action. Enish made sure my stay was incredibly comfortable from beginning to end and she makes the best cappuccinos for breakfast. I prefer boutique hotels to big chains and the Convo checks all the boxes. Intimate with only 15 rooms, themed like my welcome postcard showcasing Portuguese history and as an invite to my room, vintage yet modern and incredibly clean. Enish made me a great Misto and Moscatel to make my trip complete and I had the entire rooftop bar to myself to watch Halston on Netflix.

We were up and departed early for the airport, leaving at 6:15 am before any staff were in the hotel downstairs. We were quite surprised there was no hot water and the elevator did not work (no power to it) at that hour. We had to carry our luggage down the stairs. Maybe this is typical policy in Portugal?

The receptionist was very helpful and gave us a great restaurant recommendation just around the corner from the hotel. We had to depart for the airport in the early morning before any staff or the breakfast was available. So, our receptionist packed a delightful breakfast for us to take with us. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable.

Some details concerning the cleaning

Thé personals is very attentive. The breakfasts are very good, including all necessary . In the hotel the atmosphere is very calm and pleasant.
