There is basically no wifi anywhere in the hotel. you can sometimes connect for a little bit then drops out, if you happen to connect somehow it’s very slow speeds. if you want to do some work it’s impossible with the wifi. Rooms are also very outdated

The breakfast and the location is really fantastic. Also the swimming pool and the bar food are very good. Except the room, could be much bigger, and could be more silent as a little noisy during the day time.

The rooms were not renovated in a long time, especially the bathroom was a bit outdated.

Nice hotel just outside the touristic area of Carvoeiro but in walking distance of shops, beach and restaurants. Lovely swimming pool to relax. Nice staff and a breakfast with many options.

The coffee was horrible at breakfast. The facilities were a little dated, irons only on request, not that many plug sockets in the rooms, the shower was not that good, one of the doors was a bit stuck.

Breakfast was good and varied. The place was exceptionally clean. Bed was comfortable. The resort facilities such as the swimming pool etc. was excellent. The location was excellent, and every single member of staff we interacted with was exceedingly helpful. There were some options for British style food such as baked beans if your kids are fussy, but also plenty of continental options, excellent fresh croissants, cheeses etc.

only reason why this is not a 10/10 is the wifi did not work anywhere in the hotel. for travellers this could be a downside due to expensive data usage bc we couldn’t book anything off of wifi. but otherwise a great stay note: would be a fantastic hotel if they fixed the wifi situation:)

The rooms are in need of modernisation or an uplift at least. The shower proved difficult to change from bath to shower and the mirror had a rusty rim all the way round but otherwise clean.

The location and the prices at the hotel bars were excellent for food and drinks. The staff work extremely hard to help you have a relaxing stay. Breakfast was very nice and included in the price of our stay.

The wifi is terrible. It doesn't work at all from your room, we had to sit in the corridor to use it. It drops in and out all the time and won't stay connected. Come on guys, it's 2022... that should be fixed!

The location is great, if you have a car... as there is ample parking and it is easy to get a spot. Our room faced the pool which was nice, and was a good size.

Sunbeds etc at the pool were good but we felt a few chairs around the pool would have been a bonus as my husband struggled a little to sit in comfort on the sunbeds and the only seating available was in shaded areas Bedroom was maybe a little dated but very clean and comfortable beds and pillows

Everything was very good....breakfast was just outstanding as were all the staff we dealt with! location excellent...taxis were easy to get and very reasonably priced i worked as a travel agent for 25 years and would rate this hotel highly Great shower and always hot water :)

Location very good for the town and restaurants, being halfway up the hill. Very fresh and tasty breakfast. Staff pleasant and helpful. Comfy bed, excellent shower. Very nice pool area with a good pool bar
