We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

lovely breakfast, common areas were very nice, the staff was lovely, room was clean, great water pressure and rain shower head, large heated pool and large dry and steam sauna, two smaller workout rooms but adequate

United KingdomChaotic system in restaurant bar for ordering food. They didn't seem very organised. We also got charged for someone elses dinner, which was on our daughters room three hours before she arrived at the hotel! I had to spend time showing proof of our paying for our dinner (we had arrived at the hotel earlier) and our daughters flight details to prove she hadn't arrived.

United StatesThis hotel badly needs prominent signs that drivers can read as they are driving around. All they have is a pitiful little sign by the entrance and a sign way up on the building. It must have taken us 20 minutes to find it once we were within 1 block and we even entered the latitude & longitude on our GPS device.
The buffet dinner was were nicely prepared and had a lot of variety.

United KingdomThe one lady on reception, was unhelpful, rude and very sarcastic. We had 2 kids who had been up since 2am, but on arrival the room was not ready. Also felt like we were treated different to the portguese guest, even though our whole family and friends was a great source of income to the hotel. Could have had a kettle and ironing facilities in room for a 5 star hotel.

PortugalThe hotel is a bit dated. The last 2 years were for sure harsh on the sector and investments were kept at a minimum. WiFi doesn't work and some maintenance are needed. The breakfast is bellow standard particularly for a 5* hotel.
Interesting 5* city hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Well kept and clean. We were a couple with two kids (8yo and 11yo). They loved it. The pool is nice and the amenities were good as well.

United KingdomI would have preferred slightly calmer lighting in the restaurant for dinner time, but this is just a personal choice that helps me feel more relaxed.
Dinner was fantastic and breakfast was spectacular :) I've never seen honey served in such a perfectly proper way! The indoor pool was very relaxing and the outside pool had a lovely view. The room was a fantastic calming space and very comfortable and clean. Lastly every staff member we came across were both professional and warm.

LuxembourgI understand that we are all in the covid pandemic, but a lot was closed. All SPA facilities except the Gym, indoor pool an outside poll was open .To the gym you were limited to 50 min with an appointment outside pool bar was closed most of the time if there were 10+ people they would open the bar. All these restrictions were NOT listed in the booking description, for me its a scam. I was there last year, The hotel degraded allot its more a 4 star HOTEL than a Spa.
It was very clean , friendly staff and good breakfast. Outside pool was okay

UkraineThe saunas were closed for the period when we stayed there for reconstruction. The only drawback that anyway did not spoil the main good impression.
Wonderful location, not far from the city center, big Spa space, warm indoor pools (one is good for swimming, another for warm spa relaxation), clean and comfortable rooms, done with good taste, amazing city view, and super tasty restaurant meal, very hostile staff and friendly atmosphere.

United KingdomLack of fluent English speaker staff ( or they just didn’t want to speak ?? ) lack of friendliness of staff, only one bar open and we had to keep chasing staff to order drinks during the day/afternoon and evening. Restaurant service slow when not even busy. The room did not have a kettle we had to ask and were then told that they had limited number of kettles and were all busy so we should have ordered earlier. What kind of international five star hotel does not provide a kettle ? Also there was no iron in the room we had to pay for services of ironing. We had an upgraded room with lounge area and there were no full mirror in the room apart from the bathroom mirror which doesn’t provide great lighting for make up and we can’t see full body. We were there with a large group for a friend’s wedding and struggled to feel at easy and with the lack of kette, iron and mirror to get ready. Also outdoor swimming pool still closed on last week of May
The size of the room, everything around the hotel and room was modern and clean. Bed was a great size and comfortable.

Portugalthe staff was very unwelcoming. the reception staff did not even gave the good morning, good evening or welcome back, what for a 5* is terrible. the facility was terrible to use. we jad to go to the reception area, with our gowns and swimwear to collect towels, and, then go dow. the sauna and steam we had to ask for ot to be turn on, what they did not told us. so imagin going down to use the facilities and then come back up again to ask for it. when it was hot we had to leave, so no use. all in all we felt in a country side 2* hotel for service .
the room was great, amazing areas, unfortunately separated beds, for a couple. the breakfast was amazing with loads of options and all delicious.
