The location and premises are beautiful, even at the end of March when things aren’t blooming yet. The level of detail both outside and in the rooms and the comfort are top of the bill. Very friendly staff, good spa treatments and a great breakfast buffet.

PortugalIllumination inside the room and in the pool (can be improved). We realize that's to create a romantic and calm environment but often guests want to see where to swim. Finally, the property is not recommended to people with mobility difficulties because rooms are far from the main building, which has several stairs. The staff is very helpful, so congratulations for such a well-kept property.
The entire place exceeded our expectations: well-design property, very well-kept, clean and friendly. Far exceeed our expections, becaue the pictures do not really show how large the property is and the common areas (restaurant, reading/living rooms). Friendly and customer-oriented staff. Overall, an excellent stay.

Russiawe would like to make several remarks for stuff 1. would be nice to ask guests how many blankets they need 2. caps in the swimming pool 3 euros. would be nice to include it in price 3. there is no any information regarding working time of the restaurant (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and regarding spa working hours. would be nice to put this info in the room 4. spa 45 min per person is very very uncomfortable, good that it was not a lot of people and we could stay more.
The hotel is amazing, the territory is wonderful, beautiful landscape, graveyard and flowers. Rooms are clean, well decorated. Spa service is amazing.

This is a great hotel. The facilities are (in the main) first class and the location is spectacular. Our room had a huge window overlooking the vinyard as well as a large balcony. The communal areas are a masterpiece of modern design with an extraordinary use of mirrors.

FranceToo bad there is no iron in the rooms. Even in 5 stars hotels they provide an iron, this is kind of basics like a hair dryer… Sometimes you have to wait a lot to get a seat for dinner or breakfast.

If you stay in the suites with the private pool, you will feel like you are alone in the hotel, a completely quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Different from other hotels, the tasting menus are FULL size plates, so prepare yourself to eat very well and be very full. 😉 The staff is really helpful and kind. Last but not least the wines are amazing, and you will find them everywhere, in your room, restaurant, even in the spa.

PortugalDue to covid limitations the dinner was served in the room, which I believe it may have affected the dishes' quality, and the overall experience. It doesn't mean it was bad, just a slight below our expectations, which is perfectly understandable under the present circurstances.
The hotel made an upgrade to an amazing room, offered a welcome drink, and a bottle of wine was expecting us in the habitation: all of these attentions were really appreciate. The main house decoration is great and the staff was really polite and helpful.

Hong KongThe service, we spent 1 full day there having all 3 meals at the restaurant. Each time we’d have an issue with the service: 1) We would always have to wait 10minutes or more before someone comes to ask us for water or even provide menus. 2) They would always get the orders wrong 3) At one point a wait staff named Bruno gave me a Timeout sign when we needed to order 4) The chef managed to give us the roughest cut of Rubella Galicia veal steak - in which we had to send back with 90% untouched - yet they still wanted to charge at the end of the bill 5) The wait staff even told me to just pick the shrimps when I wanted prawns - because they were just the same thing 6) I ordered tacos and I got fish fingers instead, when I asked the wait staff - they just shrugged and said “yes it’s not the same” Truly a misleading statement to say they are a 5* property when they can only deliver 3* service Only exception is João and Launa who tried their best to make up for their less exceptional colleagues. As well as the receptionist who tried to accommodate for our room change. However, would highly not recommend staying here - there are much better places for the same price point
