Don’t have a comfortable waiting area in the reception or to be in the internet. You need to decide immediately if you want breakfast or not otherwise you pay more when u do check in. But doesn’t give option to book already with breakfast. Doesn’t have many amenities or kettle in the room but there is vending machines outside.

Well located for the area next to the shopping mall. Clean room bed comfortable. Car parking paid but not very expensive. Reception workers very helpful. Breakfast I didn’t use it . Good value for money

The hotel room was clean, quiet and spacious enough, even with a desk for working. The staff was friendly and ready to help. The hotel is very close (5 min walk) to the metro station and you can use all metro lines.

The beds could be a little more comfortable but they were okay. The isolation of this hotel also could be a little better because we could ear people walking on the hall but nothing disturbing.

Location, everything close to the subway, literally in front of a shopping center. The rooms were clean, check-in was easy because we arrived earlier and they let us do the check-in 1h before. The other good thing is that they store our luggage for a couple of hours after the check-out because our flight was in the evening. Overall it is a good hotel.

Why is the hotel only listed as a 2 star? This is easily a 3 star and better than some 4 stars I stayed in before. Despite the good feedback, the hotel is a little "clinical" there's no real character here Everything is presented in a very basic style. The bed was "ok", probably the weakest area.

An insignificant detail is that the bathroom does not have a lock.

The location is excellent, next to the Norteshopping (shopping center), and close to the roads that easily connect with the most tourist areas of Porto. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The WIFI works well. And the parking is not expensive.

There is no mini bar inside the room but drinks are available at the reception vending machine. No complimentary water provided.

The hotel is located near to the metro (in the line E where we can easily commute to the airport) and also to the shopping mall. Rooms are quite big and price is affordable.

The BED, I got a 2 one persoon bed instead of a 1 two persoon bed,

The location was very convinient, 7 minutes from a metro that goes to the airport, and you just pay less than 2 euros, nothing would beat that, guys TOP LOCATION, of course the mall (shopping norte) just 2 minutes walk, what else can you wish??

The air conditioning is controlled throughout the hotel so I couldn't get my room cooler and to the temperature I wanted. I understand it is an energy-saving green hotel, but it was still uncomfortable at times.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The acommodations were cozy and perfect.
