I told the property in advance about a dietary requirement, and received a confirmation. When I asked the woman (I believe the owner) about it at breakfast she seemed really annoyed with me and gruffly informed me they didn’t have options for me. I would have been relaxed about the food (mistakes happen!) but the woman just seemed really personally annoyed with me which wasn’t very nice. Everyone else working there was so lovely and helpful

Everything was a delight. Fantastic breakfast and excellent fare at the restaurant. Very spacious accommodation. Extremely friendly staff. The manager even gave us a lift to the station on the last day. Overall superb.

Shower and wash basin worked well but were a little quirky, which went with the style of the hotel.

there is a steep stairs to reach the floor of the rooms. People with mobility issues would not be able to stay in this guesthouse. I sufgges to install a chair lift.

Everything was perfect. It was a beautiful stay. The staff was exceptional, the room was elegant with lots of space and a comfy bed. Breakfast was included and was exceptional as well. The service and the accommodations were exceptional. Just a short walk to the castle and a two minute walk to a free parking lot, the location was ideal to explore beautiful Silves.

The Mosaiko suite was very spacious and comfortable. The building has been beautifully decorated in a Moroccan style. It is in the car free centre so quiet for sleeping. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and very tasty. The restaurant also serves great food with lots of choice. Everywhere in Silves is in easy walking distance.

The rooms are on the upper level, so there is a set of stairs to climb.

Very spacious rooms with high ceilings, well appointed and comfortable king size bed. Loved the decor of the rooms. The bathroom was very clean and the water pressure in the sinks and shower was optimal.

We had trouble with opening lock on room...but they sent a fellow to help us. Also the bathroom had a sour sewage smell in the morning

It was a little difficult to find the property. It helped when we knew that the property also consisted of a restaurant called “Mosaiko”

The property was lovely, beds very comfortable, and the staff were beyond friendly and welcoming! The breakfast was very generous and very delicious! We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious!

A little tricky to find as the word Mosaiko is nowhere to be seen except at the restaurant which we only saw the day we were leaving as it's hidden by the awning. Suggest saying to park at the lot, and then walk down the pedestrian street. It's above the Mosaiko restaurant :-). if you mention that it's labelled as Guest Riad that would be useful too, as we were looking for Masaiko 5 Suites. The other guests seem to have gotten lost too :-).

The room was spacious and cosy with an access to a nice little balcony and a terrace. The breakfast was really great - huge portions and big variety. It is also very convenient to have a wonderful dinner in the restaurant downstairs. And what made it an especially nice stay - the service and help from the owners and all of the staff was just great!
