Kind of intimidating walking from the metro to the hotel at night, Rooms are small

Facilities were poor. Fridge was missing from the room. The bathroom had glass walls which means that the light was too strong while sleeping.

The location was not pretty good.

The facilities boasted superb modernity and diligent upkeep, with staff refreshing towels daily. Additionally, they accommodated us by storing our luggage both before check-in and after checkout until we departed for the airport. Breakfast was sufficient, perhaps with a bit more variety, but overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Very nice hotel, relaxing environment beautiful colors and decor, extremely clean, the room 4rth floor was overall comfortable with comfy bed nice linen spacious with a beautiful view.....Breakfast was so good with nice breakfast area and the staff was helpful and very kind...Neighbourhood style area...no one bothers you and is close to everything...public transport metro trams and attractions walking distance to alfama squares etc.Lots of shops cafes and restaurants in between with great food.

We booked a small room because it was the only one available. And it was indeed tiny. The bed was too small for us and we didn’t have much space for our stuff. Not too comfortable. Just something to keep in mind if you also need a little bit more space :) luckily we were out of our room for most of the trip. We peeked into a bigger room, which looked much better.

Breakfast was really good! The actual location was questionable neighborhood-wise, but you just have to walk down the street to be in the center. Which was great. Really clean rooms and nice shower. And the staff was friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay!

I would like a box of tissues and a clock in the room.

The staff was very helpful with my pre-arrival questions and during our stay. Breakfast was very nice. The location was very convenient to places we wanted to see. Everything was very fresh and clean.

The location is central, but not as good as Rossio for example. It is not dangerous because a lot of mini shops are opened and the streets are lighted but sometimes it looks like it is.

The hotel is new, perfect sized rooms with air conditioning, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is amazing. Opportunity to leave your luggage and explore the city. 10 out of 10.

Clean, cossy modern hotel, nice room with rain shower, good breakfast. We saw the funicalar da Graça from our window & Castelo de Saõ Jorge. Also the hotel is not far from Martin Moritz Square where you can take tram 28 or metro

Location was very near central square areas, although an uphill hike needed to get there. Lisbon is just that way a lot.

Tea/coffee facilities in the room. Some sort of wardrobe and/or chest of drawers.

Breakfast was very good. Good selection. Area was clean. Location of hotel was walking distance to tourist sights. Metro was also close by when needed.

We did enquire about a kettle in the room before booking and were told to request this when completing the booking which we did however when we arrived we were told no kettles in rooms. Wasn't a massive issue as free breakfast but just a little misleading.

Lovely hotel, clean and breakfast is fab. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We left our luggage and were able to change and use facilities before heading home. Room was fairly small but was all we needed as were out all day!

Breakfast could contain more options, although the offer was still successful. Rooms could offer slippers as an additional feature.

Outstanding location for wandering around Lisbon, close to metro, tram and bus station. The hotel overall was very modern and clean, with comfy rooms and pretty breakfast area. Staff was extremly approachable the entire time and helped us regarding check in and out, sightseeing recommendations and transport. Cleaners also provided us clean towels everyday and made rooms exceptionally clean on a daily bases.

Maybe a wardrobe in the room would good.

The breakfast was very good. The room was small but adequate for what we needed, the bed was really comfortable and it was nice to have a large window to open.

The location is close to the center, which is good, but the neighborhood itself is very dark at night, without proper illumination and security. Although nothing happen to us, we didn't feel 100% safe at night.

Room was very clean and breakfast with many options! The staff was also very nice.
