We arrived in the morning and we were met so that they could store the luggage while we went on a tours as they readied the apartment. Although there was not someone on property to respond to any question or requests they promptly responded to messages sent to them. The apartment was ideally located being about a 4-5 minute walk down to the river and a 6 minute walk up to the train station.with many restaurants to choose from.

The checkin process was the only downside. I actually had to call and then was given the code to enter the building to wait on someone to provide us keys. That should have been provided in writing when I submitted my arrival time.

This place is very nice. It feels like a brand new condo. The location was great for walking to some of the main attractions in Porto. There is no doubt I would book this again on a return trip to twon.

The only negative we had was that the description said there were hairdryers in the bathrooms, . We couldn’t find any. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

There was nothing to complain about - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If I had to raise one concern, it would only be that the shower floors are slippery, which only meant I couldn't dance in the shower.

Mouzinho Village River is perfectly located just minutes up from the River, in a safe area, with plenty of local shops and restaurants. We stayed in Apartment 6, a beautiful, fresh, modern unit with 2 large bedrooms. One had a full ensuite bathroom, the other bedroom had a full bathroom just outside it's door and there was a half-bathroom downstairs off the kitchen & laundry room. Everything was impeccable and very high quality. The beds are extremely comfortable, the kitchen well-equiped (with a Nespresso machine!!!). Helder was an exceptional host; very responsive, and extremely helpful, with plenty of recommendations that helped us make the most of our "too short" stay in beautiful Porto. We will have to return - and when we do we will be sure to stay at the Mouzinho Village River again.

We were met with the host at the property to let us in and go through all of the details of the apartment and location. Our place was in the best location, close to all of the attractions and sights of Porto. Very nicely appointed and comfortable. We were given suggestions for restaurants and hip locations to be sure to visit. Excellent!

Unfortunately we found the sofa in the sitting room very uncomfortable and instructions for kitchen appliances not in English. Otherwise it was perfect and we will stay here again.

The appartment is very spacious and kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed our free time in the flat. Location is very convenient. Washing machine is handy if you travel more than 5 days.

Point of attention is the noise coming down from upper appartment when voices are raised.

Helder is the perfect host to assist and guide you through your sta with plenty of insider suggestions. Cleaning service is superfriendly and professional. The place is in the heart of the old center and with good restaurants around.
