Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Panamavery small rooms, but it´s the style of the hotel
We like how close the hotel is from the bus station, right in front. We travel from Lisbon to Fatima and back. It is well located in the modern side of the city of Lisbon, Parque das Nacoes, with plenty of restaurants, and nice hotel rooftops. The staff is very nice, and promptly to answer Booking.com messages.

Staff were very friendly, I visited after a work trip to Spain. I'd not travelled much and I've never been to Lisbon. Your staff offered great advice, were very polite and helpful. I'd definitely visit again. Great access to the Metro. USB chargers allowed me to charge multiple devices without needing an adaptor that was a huge plus.

PortugalWe think the shower room should have mats because the floor is very slippery and with the foam one can easily slip and have a bad accident which would look very bad for the hotel. I am 73 and although the shower is amazing I sat on the floor to shower. The room only had 4 hangers. There is no wardrobe or shelves to put your clothes. We had to leave them in the suitcase on the floor. I really thought that very inconvenient. We were on the 12th floor and because of the hight apparently the windows are only cleaned once a year, so they were very dirty with dust. The hotel has 12 floors with 24 rooms on each floor. They only have 2 coffee machines and at 8.30 when most people have breakfast you have to be on a long line to get a coffee. They dhould have at least 4.
Location is excellent. Love the are, next to a large shopping centre and next to public transport and only less then 10 minutes from the airport. CAREFUL WITH TAXIS FROM THE AIRPORT. We got charged 30 euros but on the way back the hotel got us a taxi and only cost 10 euros. The staff are very helpul and very friendly. The hotel lounge is comfortable and it has a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent. It is a buffet with a large variety.
