Elaine , the lady in reception, was super accommodating with my request for a quiet room. She even gave me a bed in a room where I was the only guest. Excellent customer service from her side. The hostel was well located in the city center, bed was comfortable, facilities were clean.

First time I go there. This will not be the last time. It is a wonderful and clean hotel. The staff are competent and have a sophisticated and respectful style. I advise visitors to go to it.

Amazing place to stay. One of the best places I’ve stayed in Portugal. So relaxing - bed so comfortable, balcony off bedroom, lovely patio for enjoying the sun, jacuzzi, little kitchen, washing machine…. Beautifully designed - everything looks brand new and dazzling white! The entire space was absolutely spotless. Such friendly and welcoming staff in Cara and Elaine. Located on a very quiet uphill street/square off the main square. A few minutes walk through old town and tunnel to beautiful beach. Extended stay as was so nice just to take extra days to chill out in this lovely space.

The motion sensor based lighting in the rooms was a little irritating since the lights kept turning off after a few seconds on standing still or even while just sitting down.

The hostel was in a great location. The whole facility and rooms/common areas were ultra clean - very spic and span. Great job with the upkeep.

Everything was excellent.

It was my first time staying in a hostel, and it was amazing. The staff was super friendly, and the cleanliness was perfect. It felt like the staff were doing everything to make the customers experience better, and it was very professional. For example, when I arrived, I was given a better room because there weren't many people. I spent several nights completely alone! The kitchen was always fragrant, and everything was clear and simple. I really enjoyed my stay! Thank you for providing such a wonderful accommodation in Portugal!

There is a possibility one could fall out the top bunk around 2 metre drop, as some1 did but person seemed to be drunk. Male shower u can sort of see ur neighbour lol but hey ho, we all born naked.

Everything. I have been many Hostels across Europe and so far this has to be the best by far. Complex has fully fitted shared kitchen. outside area, Hot tub. Sunshine. Payment in Euro by Booking.com. 15 minute walk to Bus station. Around an hour by walking to train station. Beach very close. Cleaned every day. Got to try for yourself.

It only has usb socket near the bed, but you can ask the reception for a usb cable if you need to charge your phone.

This is a very new hostel. Facilities are good and clean, the bed has enough space for storing all your little bottles, glasses, power banks, hairband etc. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Super nice staff, great kitchen with free drinking water, and all that you need, everything essentially new in the house, the beds were great with their curtains, AC in the room, and top location to be quick by the beach and restaurants.

The only negative I could find is the sensor lights in the rooms and shower room that would click on and off a lot but that’s really nitpicking

I had an amazing experience at this hostel! It's a fantastic and safe space with a great vibe. The staff truly elevated the experience, making it a solid 10/10. The rooms offer a decent amount of privacy, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Located right in the center, everything is within walking distance.
