More space for placing clothes (shelf or dresser) would be nice. The sink in the bathroom was a bit tiny (although stylish).

Beautiful place!! The rooms and the whole facility are constructed very nice and with a lot of love, the vegetarian breakfast is just delicious and the staff is very kind and helpful! By car it’s only 10-15 minutes to the beautiful beaches and the little town of Aljezur (5 min by car) offers some nice and good restaurants! We can only recommend this gorgeous place to everybody who loves nature and stylish design 🙏🏼❤️

Very nice location and surroundings in the Green eucalyptus forest. Quiet and good energy to relax and unwind. Beautiful room and nice breakfast. We got special handmade soaps in bathroom. Close to surfing beaches.

While there are some loungers by the pool, there’s zero shade. It would be great to put out some parasols around the loungers. Additionally, it would be good to have more relaxing chair and loungers by the rooms. There doesn’t feel like a lot of places to relax in comfort, which is such a shame as the property is so beautiful.

Overall it was a really beautiful place to stay. Amazing breakfasts, the rooms were stunning and the local products were a great touch.

The house is absolutely lovely and well maintained, and most of all it is surrounded by an enormous garden with trees and flowers, which makes the entire experience extremely calm and relaxing. I arrived tensed and stressed with work and left feeling very happy and grounded. The family which owns the place is also the nicest people, thank you Paula for everything. PS: THE BREAKFAST is amazing 😍

Muxima is a really special place, beautifully and thoughtfully designed, very peaceful and restorative. We stayed in the double room “ammour” and it was perfect for us - it was the only room without its own terrace area but we enjoyed the communal terrace and living room mostly to ourselves. We were a little unlucky with the weather but still enjoyed the bio-pool for a few quick dips. For super hot days I can imagine we would have spent even more time on the deck there. The owners and staff are all lovely, super welcoming and with great tips for the surrounding area. The breakfast was incredible - super fresh and slightly different each day which for a 4-night stay was wonderful. The nearby town has a couple of great restaurants and cafes, a nice vibe too. We had a car - which is pretty necessary - and drove to different nearby beaches most days. It couldn’t have been a better location.

No negative aspects to point out.

It's a piece of Heaven on Earth. The location is great, it's near the center of Aljezur, so it's like 5 to 10m by car there. The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was quite confortable and the decoration had some real good taste. The breakfast is divinal.. French toasts on the first day we arrived, what else can you ask for? Fresh fruit, fresh orange juice, etc. All great. The natural and living swimming pool is really fun and great for both adults and kids. At Muxima you just need to put your bags down, the moment you arrive, disconnect from the outside world and relax. Thank you Paula, we had a great time.

Loved the place and the natural environment. So relaxing and laid back. Hosts and family so friendly and gracious. Hey swimming with the frogs in the natural pool was just great and refreshing. Good healthy veg breakfasts. Lots of great beaches easily accessible. Aljezur a really good town lots of food options. Good for vegan options- seems a hub for interesting vegan options

Muxima is a very special place. I’ve never been to anything like it. It is so beautiful & off the beaten track, but close to local amenities. It is a hidden gem & we want to go back! I felt instantly relaxed the moment we opened our room door & set our luggage down. The suite we had was painted in calming colours & was very comfortable. We slept so well as the room was really dark and quiet. The breakfast is really fantastic and they offer different delicacies everyday. The grounds are idyllic- our children loved playing on the swings and swimming with the frogs in the pool- something we’ll never forgot! The beaches and mountains nearby are also spectacular as they are protected and part of a national park. The owners are so friendly & welcoming. We can’t recommend this place enough!
