the couch is okay to sleep on but for a longer time not the most comfy one. on the weekends it's not easy to sleep as it was super loud. as the appartement is right in the city center and next to it is a social club it got super busy and loud during the night.

very cozy little appartment with everything you need. very close to everything you need as it is right in the city center. the service was great as they fixed things immediately when it didn't work.

The kitchen lacked a few basic utensils like scissors, a sharp knife and a baking pan with a flat bottom. The bed was a lot harder than expected.

Sofa bed was not confortable at all. The part that lifts and extends was not fixed, which caused it to be wobbly and unstable. The sheets and pillow covers were clean but the duvet and the pillows were smelly...like humidity...or too much use. Noisy outside from different bars/pubs during the night. Windows closed a bit better, but still noisy. Prepare for a small bathroom.

Location. All shops, coffee shops, restaurants, ATM... around in a couple min walking distance. Apartament was overall clean. Had all needed for a short stay. Shared rooftop terrace has great view and sun exposure.

We travel with two children. In the absence of separate beds, they sleep together. It would be convenient to have separate blankets and linen.

The owners are friendly and active in communication. They explained everything in detail and advised where to park the car. The apartments are located in the city center, 5 minutes walk to the ocean. The view from the terrace, which is for two rooms, is stunning. In summer it will be great to have breakfast or dinner there. The apartments has all the amenities for a comfortable stay with your family. We recommend it for your holiday. We wish to return to this wonderful place again) Thank you for your hospitality!

I did not like the smell of fish in the apartment, which did not disappear. The smell of the blanket was also not very pleasant, the kitchen utensils made of wood need to be replaced because mold has started. The apartment is quite damp, but there is a heater, it was very helpful.

I liked the location, about 5 minutes from the ocean.

It was very noisy at night - right by the main town square with bars and restaurants. Wasn’t a good place to stay with kids as hard to sleep. Probably better if you plan to be out late in the evening.

The apartment is very central and you can walk everywhere easily. Ericeira is a great place.

Location is very central but situated above several very loud bars. If you are there to party you will love the flat. If you are there with family or want to sleep don't stay here (in peak season). The apartment bathroom has a strong odour which pentrates the whole flat even when door is closed. The owners were helpful and tried to find a solution, unfortunately there was no improvement. Parking close to the flat in peak season is a nightmare!

Amazing flat right in the centre of the lovely Ericiera. The hosts we’re absolutely phenomenal and helped me set up for a very spontaneous marriage proposal - they did a beautiful job and it was a YES ☺️ highly highly recommend this stay. We will definitely be back.

Ana, our Host, had been great throughout our stay at this beautiful ocean city. nice flat with all the stuff you may need to cook a nice breakfast or dinner. it even has a dishwasher. the location is great and also has a rooftop where you can enjoy the sunset although you need to check the weather first as for us it was only rain (end of December). all and all we would return happily to this surfing quiet place : )

It was great time we had at Nesha! Terrace view is breathtaking: terracota roofs and ocean. The location is super! Right in the center with all shops, cafes and bars. It takes 2 mitunes to reach the beach. Super! And many thanks to Ana!
