I did not like having to leave Porto.

Location is outstanding. 200 M from the Custom Hall where my conference was located. 10 min walk to some outstanding restaurants along the Duoro river. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent. I had dinner there one evening and I was very impressed by the food quality, and value.

staff at front desk insufficiently trained; she was helping a couple over 30 minutes, 4 families waiting in line, when she finally decided to ask for help - more staff came from the back? our check in took way over 45 minutes, and she could not have finished it unless a co-worker helped her

Even though I stayed one night at the Hotel, everything exceeded my expectations. Great location, very close to the city centre. The front office staff, housekeeping maids, and restaurant staff were all very friendly and helpful during my stay. I will definitely stay in this Hotel during my other visits to Porto.

The views from the Fantastic location on the river Doura. modern, clean rooms, excellent breakfast and lovely staff. Rooftop bar and furnishings are beautiful. The hotel offered a very reasonable Airport transfer taxi company by email a couple of days before arriving that we paid for and booked in advance, they collected us from the airport and gave us lots of info about the local area and how to enjoy it. we would definitely recommend taking this option.

The shower kept changing the temperature from hot to boiling out of the blue, which could be a bit dangerous for small children, especially. Other than that, everything was perfect

The room is really comfortable and clean. The river view was definitely a wonderful plus! The staff are friendly and try to accommodate all our asks. Breakfast is vast and delicious. The bar upstairs is a cool place to hang out.

Nothing not to like about this property. Great staff and service, good food and drinks in all the outlets. On that note actually the breakfast buffet was very good indeed. The rooftop bar was strangely quiet considering the high quality of everything on offer at reasonable prices.

Everything about this hotel is great. Do yourself a favour and boom this five star quality hotel at four star prices.

The hotel doesn't have a warm atmosphere, they are using much stone and it was a bit cold when we traveled in January. Also we have been aware about the location, however I want to mention that it is really a walk to the center and back.

The architecture of the hotel is really nice and inspirering. We also loved the rooftop with the small bar and teracce. We had a room facing the backyard which was really silent and made us perfectly relaxed. The view from the breakfast room facing the Douro is increadible.
