We paid for breakfast and there wasn't any breakfast available for us. We talked about that with the owner but they didn't find a way to solve the problem, only apologized and we didn't get the money from the breakfast back.

The llace was very easy to find and the neighborhood is very calm, the room was very comfortable and it had everything we needed and the receptionist was very friendly. Overall it is great value for money

- We've booked for 3, but the third bed was not prepared. Our son would have loved some bed linen too. - Getting out of the bed (on an elevated platform under the roof) you need to be very careful and keep your head down. Otherwise your head will crash into a exposed metal support bar. A very painful experience at night, I can assure you! - At check out we didn't think about the local guest tax to be payed in cash. The girl at the reception didn't say a word and only once we've left we received a text message reminding us! We had to drive back 20 km to settle it, wasting time.

Great location, quiet, but close to the centre. Family room was spacious and had everything you need.

The room was as bare, small and lacking in personality as a college dorm room. The carpet needed cleaning. Room cleaning was once a week only, although we only stayed two days so it wasn’t an issue. Breakfast was very basic. Noise from adjoining rooms’ bathrooms was problematic.

Super small things that don't affect the overall experience: the coffee machine in the bedroom didn't have coffee capsules. There were no night lamps next to the bed.

Friendly staff, they allowed me to stay longer in the common area for working without extra charge. Very clean, cooking appliances available, nice bed and bed clothes. Wifi was also great and the place was quite, I could work from there without any issues.

Quite a limited breakfast (was expecting traditional bread - but found loaf bread) and there's some noise when breakfast starts - mainly because rooms are spacious, walls are plywood and there is an echo.

Reasonable breakfast, excellent location, peaceful surroundings, spacious room with kitchenet. Bathroom with automatic lights. Great to have self-check-in, especially when you're arriving later in night.

While I liked the breakfast, rolls or small pieces of bread would have made it even better. There could be a fixated hair dryer in the common bathroom.

Included breakfast and everyone I met of the staff(Family?) was welcoming and nice. The common kitchen is well kept and had everything which one might need. My room was spacious and I liked the Interior and thoughtful design. The small outside area is also lovely. WLAN was fast and worked fine.

However, have you ever wondered how it feels to be attacked by a SWAT team at night? If so, this is the place for you. The house is not soundproof, and the locks and doors are so loud when operated that it sounds as if someone is demolishing the house with a sledgehammer. Unfortunately, other guests didn't seem to care much about being quiet and behaved as if they were SWAT team members in Rainbox Six Siege. Despite usually sleeping super deep, I woke up multiple times because I thought the house was being knocked down to its foundations. Also, the private bathroom has no window or ventilator. Humidity is trapped, which makes the room smell bad and causes mold to grow on the ceiling. The mattress was old I believe, because if you rotated even the slightest, it sounded like the springs were gonna break and woke me up everytime during the night.

The house is generally comfortable, clean, and well designed. It's in a great location, there’s parking available, and the breakfast was simple but ok.

The service. Simone (the owner) handled the check-in process with care and plenty of time for preparation. The kitchen is available not only at breakfast time but later as well,ie if you'd like to bring your own food it's possible. The bed was comfy and breakfast was served on time.
