The gym is a bit rusty, but I think most of the people go to this hotel because the amazing view and pool, so it’s ok for the basic exercises

It was a really great time, the first day we had almost the hotel for us, the view is awesome, the smell of the nature, the sounds, it’s so relaxing. The breakfast is very good, many options, and tasty.

Absolutely nothing

No words... this place is amazing. For anyone looking to connect with nature, have quiet time with breathtaking views this is the place. Hotel is small, around 15 rooms. However, it has a spacious room, a lovely swimming pool area, patio with an amazing view for the Geres lake. The hotel had good variety during breakfast. We enjoyed very much our stay here, definitely we will come back to this place.

It could be less expensive, of course, but with so many highlights it's hard to argue that.

The accommodation is beautiful, really well inserted in the landscape. The location is amazing, isolated, being perfect to take some days off to relax with peace and serenity. The SPA is also good. The room is generous and the bed is comfortable. Good breakfast.

Everything was super good, even though the access is a little weird, since the road is two ways but only fits one car, there was no problem during our stay. The only thing I'd point out would be the door handle from the room and from the balcony were a little loose but that didnt really bother us.

Everything, the room the location, the view, the silence, just a perfect place to escape from the city life and relax for a bit. Also the swimming pool has hot water which also is just perfect. The jacuzzi and the turkish bath are also really good additions. Just really a perfect place to take some days off and relax.

Amazing place to stay a few days and relax. Near the beautiful Gerês, its landscape, surrounding nature, hot water outdoor pool, spa, tranquility, nice rooms, nice breakfast, very nice staff, invites us to stay there once again.

not so cosy lobby no blankets / duvet standard (had to ask but when we needed them there was nobody in the reception) oaks are beautiful but they took away all the view of the Geres mountains from our room very small bathroom wellness area was functional but not extraordinary

During book we picked a bedroom with lake and mountain view But there is no lake around and we hade only trees view. There was no mountain view, only from the swimming pool (with energy towers and wire around) The owner of the place was not nice, he thought I was another guest (that would be arriving 3 later) and in a very rude way he wanted to charge me 8 euros more (I have paid everything in advanced with booking). He apologized but unfortunately the first impression was not nice. The road to get there is very narrow and difficult driving.

The staff was super nice and tried to help with the situation in the way they could do. The housekeeping and the receptionist were very kind

price performance ratio rather poor: no restaurant available - which is a must for such a remote location. Bar was also closed - you should bring your own snacks and drinks. Path to hotel requires experienced driving and a rental car. overall very damp rooms with no space to dry towels. bathroom was very cold as well (no heating available). Spa: decent but also very dangerous with extremely slippery floors! One of us fell and got injured.

The hotel and the experience ir gives, does not worth the price. I paid 140€ per night and the hotel was just normal. Regular spa with small spaces and there is no restaurant. If you want to have dinner, you need to book until 18:30 and the food will be pre-cooked and warmed up by the time you have a sit. Until 21:00 because the staff leaves after that. If you pay 140€ per night, you expect very good looking spa facilities, with interior pool with hot water and a restaurant and bar service.

The staff was really nice and always willing to help and be available for whatever we needed. The breakfast was very nice.
