We were allocated a room with no door at the bathroom, I just don’t get the trend, but could change the room with out any fuss.

Excellent staff, would give all of the team a 10 plus. Very friendly, accommodating and going the extra mile. I would even say one of the best teams we ever met in a hotel ever.

Bathrooms should be replaced. Some of the landscaping could be improved - the area down by the gym could do with tidying up (the white ponds round there with fountains need attention as lots of algae)

Room was nice. Breakfast was lovely - location and range of options. The pools were lovely - very relaxing setting in the gardens. Most of the grounds were beautiful and well kept.

The restaurant is very expensive for what you get and unless you want to drive there is no other option inside the hotel.

Everything is beautiful, attention to detail, very relaxing. But the staff were exceptional. Especially Miguel the wine sommelier. We felt very lucky to have been given the best wine notes ever. Spot on! Try the Pera Manca white wine. Sooooooo yummy!

Amazing hotel with probably one of the most beautiful gardens / swimming pools I have seen. Ideal place for couples that are looking for a quiet place and that love to be surrounded by nature. This is truly a very special place.

The noise on Tuesday/Wednesday from all the gardening machinery - not relaxing at all and apparently happens on those days every week. The pillows were uncomfortable and made for difficult sleep. Having a ground floor room meant we couldn't open the windows at night, so were either too hot with no AC on or too cold with the AC on and couldn't sleep because of the noise of the AC.

The grounds are beautiful. The adults pool was perfect. The fresh orange juice at breakfast is delicious!

The breakfast was ok, although fruits and vegetables, cheese, salmon and alike were rarely fresh. As to lunch and dinner, the food, besides being untasty, was not fresh. I ended having digesting problems and heartburn and have to take medication. The combination of the rest for the adults without children and parents with children is not always managed well in a way that some children bother and disturb the adults despite of being at their dedicated area. Least, but not last: the hotel is ostensibly anti-green, as most of the five stars hotels in Europe which, for some reason, consider themselves liable to pollute the environment. The light and the air conditioning in the rooms are connected 24x7, without the clients inside. The special key which serves to prevent this situation is not in use. “Tons” of towels, ones of the swimming pool and of the beach are being washed in addition to the whie towels of the bathroom. No sign of an affort to face this situation.

The hotel is marketed as a five star hotel but the “boho chic” concept seems like it’s about cutting costs and does not offer value for money.
