Buffet breakfast was included which is as great, but it appeared that they estimated the amount of food required for the guests staying and by the time we arrived there was very little hot food available. We had to ask more than once for additional food and felt uncomfortable having to do that. Manager was apologetic and food was brought to the table, but the experience would be improved if buffet hot food was freely available.

Excellent apartment, modern and very clean. Pool and outdoor area looked great, but we only stayed one night and didn’t have time to fully utilize the facilities.

The walls in the bedroom we stayed in were a bit dirty (from guests not being careful with their bags I guess) and the wall was peeling a bit on the side (although slightly hidden). This is just a minor thing and definitely didn’t impact our positive experience.

The hotel is set in Quinta Dona Adelaide which is a beautiful place, lots of green areas, two swimming pools and lots of space outside the hotel. I loved the fact we could grab one of the hotel’s bikes for a ride around Valpacos. The hotel itself is really nice, it’s clean and modern, and has amazing spa facilities. Good breakfast selection, you can even get a proper ‘bica’ which is a plus. The staff is super friendly, helpful and very polite.

SPA treatments were on the expensive side. Restaurant food was also just ok.

Amazing views, huge apartments. Great for extended business trips or a stay with the family. Nice and small SPA with a really strong water jet and a proper Finnish sauna - small but surprising for Portugal.

The outside, unheated, pool was cold in late September, no surprise! And the bar wasn’t properly staffed but we were still able to get some beers.

This place is magic - the hotel is new and the rooms are great - very comfortable bad very nice shower and balcony - a place to relax - but the best part about this hotel is the staff - Lydie Renato and Carla at reception went out of their way to welcome us and make our stay as pleasant as possible - in the excellent restaurant Flavio Ana and the rest of the staff will give you 5 star service and great food and in the SPA you will have the best massage from the professional hands of Soraria and Elena - the owner of this place should be very proud of his choice of staff and look after them as a indispensable treasure -

The hotel doesn't have a bar working after dinner.

The hotel is perfect for a weekend away. Very good facilities, comfortable beds and very calm surroundings. The breakfast was good and with a adequate variety. The spa was also great for some relax time.

Spa area was smaller than expected and the massage was good but a little over priced compared to simillar services in other hotels and spas.

Room is not soundproofing, we heard every movement in the hall and the room needs a bit of repair and maintenance.

The outdoor pool was pretty nice, the bed was really comfortable and the breakfast good 👍

food was bad at dinner, sent it back but was still charged for it.

Didn't like of not being able to access the big pool as events were held two of the three days we stayed at the hotel, leaving us to only being able to use the secondary pool (which became crowded at one point).

AC didn't work as it should. Big windows didn't allow an appropriate temperature in the room, I assume. Money-value wise I think Portugal accommodations are experiencing a rise in prices but it should be temporary.

I got covid tested before check in... so they take things seriously. -Even though the test costs 2 euros in Chaves, they charge you 7- I think the surroundings have a lot of potential. They could offer guided tours to the natural wonders around.
