Service, clean hotel, beautiful rooms

I know it's not the problem of the hotel, but I was continuously getting scam messages in the "chat with property". It frustrates and decreases trust a lot. Try to protect yourself and your clients from that somehow.

I stayed for short time, but it felt that the room is well sound proofed, if you close the windows, so you can get proper rest. The rest is quite common, but clean and nice. The staff helps with anything you need, very friendly

There is nothing negative to say about this hotel, we had a very enjoyable stay.

Our room was a good size and very clean and modern, but with traditional touches. The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful. The staff were friendly and the breakfast consisted of a nice selection. We had been warned about the new metro construction work outside the hotel from the moment we booked and the staff advised of it again upon check in. But we were not affected by any noise during our stay which was a nice bonus. Would recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

A bit unfortunate that they are building a new subway station right under this hotel, so lots of noise and dust everywhere, but staff is trying their best to work around it.

Very central location in the heart of Porto. The staff was very friendly and rooms quite comfortable. Breakfast was extra $ but really worth it.

when we arrived, we were told there may be Metro building noise during the night and we can choose to go to a different hotel, and we will not be charged (it was around 10:00 pm). when booked we did get a message about some noise going on around, but nothing about noise all night!! we were lucky they didn't work during these 2 nights. of course, we would have chosen a different hotel

A very warm welcome by Will at reception. Such a lovely person. Fabulous room, spacious, extremely comfortable bed, great shower in bathroom. The location is perfect.

Beautiful hotel, cozy, fresh, elegant and trendy, located in the very heart of the city center, a minute walk from all the main attractions, the rooms are wow! Healthy and delicious breakfast is served in the roof top, staff room s exceptionally professional and kind. 10 of 10 in all parameters. Everything is well thought and arranged. Design wise it is a beautiful international space. Rooms are big and comfort, the bed is excellent! Special thanks to the upgrade for the sweet mini suit with an amazing view!

The hotel is really top quality. Located in the centre of the city, very near to the main train station and to the underground station. I stayed in a single room with a balcony. Every room in the hotel has a little balcony. The room was modern, comfortable and perfectly clean. The staff is very nice and professional. Breakfast has got different choices: fruit, pastries, eggs, bacon, sausages, cereals and milk of different types for people with intolerances. Food of very good quality.

The sound proof of the room is not good.

Location of the hotel is good, however, there is massive construction for subway in front of the hotel make it less accessable from the center.

Bed was a little too firm.

Staff was very friendly, hospitable and provided very enjoyable and excellent information. Although area was somewhat noisy due to Metro construction, location was really super.
