The studio is very large, has two small outdoor spaces and is truly beautifully designed. It has everything you need for your stay, including cookware, coffee, laundry facilities, dishwasher, etc. Parking is nearby in a private garage. The location is fantastic for exploring Gaia and the many port houses and a manageable walk over to Porto. Elisa and Seraphim are lovely owners and communicated regularly and every morning brought by pastries and breads to start my day!

I think there is nothing to improve here. The location, the space, and the hosts are awesome!

From the moment we arrived, our hosts made us feel so welcome and at home. They went way above and beyond to help make our stay excellent! The location is perfect at well. very safe, very clean, very quiet. We also went out of their boat on the river. Excellent bonus trip. The hosts gave us excellent suggestions and also made reservations for us. I know we will be back to stay here again. I think it would be hard to find any place in Porto that would be better.

We liked it all. Maybe another loungechair in the livingroom, so we could sit and relax together. Now we had to relax on the beds, but there was plenty of pillows, so it was fine.

Every morning, there was a sack hanging on the doorhandle to the apartment with fresh bread and some sweet cakes. Theres coffee and tea facilities, and in the frigde there was free ham, cheese, butter, fruit juice. There was also cold beer for 1 euro. And you’r close to everything. The best place we have ever stayed. And if you’re worried that you can hear music from the music studio below, dont. Because you cannot hear it, as it is highly insulated. We also went on a tour on the Douro river on a private boat with the owner of the studio, it was really nice.

Beautiful, stylish and spacious apartment. Quiet yet very central location right off the river in the heart of Gaia. Hospitality was outstanding with breakfast delivered daily, coffee and tea and a stocked fridge. Absolutely amazing!

Beautiful modern apartment, much more impressive than the pictures and massive. Lovely living room and kitchen, two near identical bedrooms with opening double doors to a little outside (ish) area for fresh air. We had to leave early and our hosts were wonderful - they ensured that breakfast - which was perfect - was delivered at 0715 so we could head off. Would stay every time I am in Porto in the future. It’s also a lovely quiet area, recommended above the old town for actually staying in, but a short walk to it.

Location is quiet and unique, snuggled in between port tasting cellars and a cafe, and a short walk to many waterfront restaurants. We love the beautiful walk along the river every day as the colors and lighting change. Breakfast in terms of bread rolls, pastries were delivered fresh every day and the fridge was well stocked with ham, cheese, butter, jam and kefir when we arrived. There was also an expresso machine for coffee in the morning. Serafim went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay and a smooth trip to our next destination, which was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend if you are planning a trip to Porto!

We loved everything about the stay, literally everything. The place was super clean, spotless. The host, Serafim brought breakfast every morning fresh baked egg tarts and croissants. The bathroom was huge as well as the bedrooms. The bed was comfortable. The hosts were always happy and very friendly, and so responsive. I think it was our best choice to stay in this property. There were full air conditioners. The fridge was always full with milk, juice, yogurts, cheese, wine and beer. The kitchen has everything you would need if you prefer cooking. There was a bird trip that Serafim highly recommended and I highly recommend it to people who want some extraordinary, exclusive, and private experience apart from the crowd. The location was also amazing. You could reach to the river in like two minutes and then there were so many restaurants, boss and cafés around the property. You could also go to the Morro park in 10 minutes. I know that there are more hotels in Porto rather than in Gaia, but we much preferred the days that we stayed in Gaia, then the latter parts of our trip that we stayed in Porto. Gaia is much quieter and will provide you a better night view then Porto. The hosts even gave us a ride to our next next hotel in Porto on our check-out day, which was extremely helpful. They are just good people and the place is just so new - I will definitely revisit there.

Price was a bit higher than in other places where we stayed in this trip, but within our budget and probably fine for Porto. Value for money was still great.

Great location close to the river and in a short walk over bridge to the historic center of Porto. Opportunity to have a free parking in this area is unique. Very spacious, comfortable, modern, and well-designed apartment. I wish our own home looked like this))) Hosts are very lovely and go out of their way to make guests happy.

There is nothing to not LOVE about this property!

Everything about this property is PERFECT! The rooms, the comfort, the cleanliness, the outdoor patio, the generous food in the fridge as well as offerings of wine to purchase in the room!.This was the most amazing stay!The apartment is extremely large and such an amazing value! Please look no further…this is the place to stay! oh, it is quiet too and perfectly situated for exploring all of the wine houses, the river, and an easy walk across the bridge to the historic side of Porto.

The floors are cold so reserve a pair of woolly socks or slippers when visiting on a cold season. Nothing to complain really!

Modern, clean and spacey apartment with great equipment, such as dishwasher and laundry machine. Breakfast rolls delivered fresh every morning. The bed was very comfortable. Although we stayed here during a humid autumn season, The apartment did not smell any mold (unlike many other apartments on Portugal). Garage lot included. Great location with a walking distance to most attractions. Very kind host couple!

The location for Port tasting was ideal. It was central but quiet. The flat was beautiful. The owners were friendly and very helpful. We would love to come back here on a future trip.
