The location, the little balcony and the view and the location again 😂

Not much! Only minor things were bathroom vent not working and no bottle opener or dustpan...

This property was absolutely great and in a brilliant part of town which allowed us to explore Porto and the Ribeira. Really clean, incredible location and fantastic balcony views...5 of us stayed here for three nights and it was great! Will definitely return if we visit again!

The lack of air conditioning and lack of windows in the bedrooms was a definite dislike.

Bedrooms have no opening windows for ventilation and the second bedroom smelt quite stale. Despite this, it was a lovely place to stay.

Lovely property in a great location. Great view. Quality linen and towels. Easy checkin using lockbox. Loads of character with the stone walls.

The apartment is small for 4 adults - the bedrooms are tiny - however, we put fans in the rooms at night and the apartment is soundproof so we all slept so well. A plus as well is each bedroom had enough hanging space in built in cupboards! But - for the amazing location in a city like Porto and the price - you can’t complain! Be prepared to lug bags up some stairs ( we had help from our friends) - there is a lift, but only from floor 1 - and really, if you read the reviews like I did beforehand - you should know - so wasn’t a minus for us.

The apartment is extremely well placed for walking everywhere and the view out of the living room/ kitchen/dining window on the second floor, from the lounges is exceptional! There is a great square just around the corner with a restaurant owned by a Michelin starred chef where we had exceptional food & service and a highlight was getting home one afternoon and throwing open the windows to hear lovely saxophone music from the square! We stayed with friends and the two bedrooms are tiny, but soundproof!!! We walked to the Ribera district (down the road) and over the bridge to the Port Wine lodge area (you are directly in line with Taylor’s - can see the sign across the river from the lounge room window ) in the apartment ! Book first of the day slots for Livreria Lello if you are going - it is an easy walk from the apartment!

As expected in Europe spaces are smaller. For 4 adults was a little tight. We went mid July so was hot, it will benefit to have a pair of fans. There was a lot of road construction around the area making difficult to reach the property from the west. No easy to park around the area.

Close to important points of interest. Nice renovated building. It has 2 bedrooms and one spacious bathroom. Nice view of the city through door side windows and balcony. Comfortable beds. Nice coffee and breakfast at few steps East of property.

It is contactless which means you have to fill up a long form for every quest that stays there. Maybe it can be shorter?

Lack of AC could be a problem for some. However, I think it's common in Portugal. Opening the balcony and running a fan was enough for us.

Wasn’t any towels, description could be more clear as we thought there was 1 x towel per guest for the whole duration of the stay however this didn’t affect the stay.

Lack of decoration. Rooms were very basic with only a bed and plain white paint. The livingroom had the only windows so the apartment was very stuffy unless they were open. Zero sound proofing between rooms. TV reception was awful.

The apartment doesn't have enough equipments, there were 6 of us but only 4 forks, knives and spoons, only one wine glass and no corkscrew (even if you're in Porto!), nothing to cook (would be nice to have the minimum since there is a kitchen, like salt, pepper and olive oil). There is no real "rooms", they are only separated with a curtain or really thin "wall". It's fine for friends but I wouldn't go with other couples. The balcony railing is getting old and not fixed so not very safe (it moves).

The location is great, couldn't be better! The apartment is really nice, good decoration and just beautiful. Big enough for 6 people but shouldn't be smaller. Easy to get in touch with the owners, access with code so very convenient.

Apartment needs a bit of maintenance. Bedrooms a bit stuffy because there are no windows.

View from balcony was amazing.living and dining area very comfortable and relaxing. Great location as the apartment is close to waterfront.
