There was a humidity smell throughout the apartment. Check in with the app was too much information to collect for an apartment. And the key app to get in/out was inconvenient. But was resolved with a physical key.

Location, although is uphill to get there, it is pretty well connected.

The toilet had a weird smell and perhaps the room could have benefitted from more ventilation.

It was a very easy check-in and check-out process where we didnt have to meet anyone, we just had to check in online and collect the key from the lockbox. Room was cosy and very comfortable for a few nights sleep.

The door to WC does not have lock, so you can not close it from inside. And the smell in apartment is a bit annoying.

Thanks to the host for cookies, juice, tea and water. It was more or less OK to stay for 1 night, as it is close to airport and train/bus station.

It's a residential area, so when you have to walk alone at night it's not very reassuring. The tranquillity of the area depends on the neighbours in oriente studios.. Some people arrived very late and talked super loud.

The crakers, juices, bottles of water provided. Cleanliness of kitchen, beds, bathroom. Not too far from oriente station

The cleaning staff came an hour earlier before the check-out. Feels like they were pressing us to leave the vicinity as early as possible. There was no kitchen papers and kitchen clothe to clean the table.

It was very well located and quiet.

The mattresses were very thin and cheap and you could feel the springs poking into you. There was no shower head holder on the wall, so I had to shower holding the shower head in my hand. The soundproofing is terrible and the guests in the apartment upstairs came back at around 2am and I could clearly hear them walking around and talking loudly for a couple of hours till i managed to fall asleep again. At around 08:30 in the morning they started building something in the upstairs flat and I was woken up again to a lot of drilling and hammering on the floors and walls, which lasted until we checked out at 11:00.

Location is great, Only 10 minutes walk from Oriente Station and around 4 euros for an Uber Taxi to Lisbon airport. Very fast fibre internet / Wifi. Very good airconditioning in the 2 bedrooms. They left some juices, water bottles and snacks in the kitchen for our 1 night stay.

The location in comparison to the bus terminal is very good, not a wow location but a good bed and a shower.

The room was in the basement, the bathroom need a big renovation.

The accommodation was close to the train station. The room sizes were okay and the kitchen was had the most important things, needed. The checkin was easy with the code.

The flat we were in was very hard to find as n7 is separate from numbers 1 to 6. More detailed directions for this particular flat would be extremely helpful. Unfortunately you have to wait one hour between showers as the boiler is old and can only provide 5 to 7 mins of hot water. This water is however very hot so excellent for washing up.

The location was great, the property was clean large and reasonably well equipped ( there is no oven though so don't buy pizza!)

It felt very damp/humid, but we were only staying for one night so it wasn’t an issue. You could see some mould forming in a couple areas, but it was really minor.

It’s within walking distance from Gare do Oriente and easy to find. Google maps sent us in a bit of a roundabout way but once we realised there was a shortcut it was much easier. Everything was spotless and there were a few snacks at the property, really appreciated. Customer service was really efficient and easy to reach.

Very good, quiet and peaceful location, very close to the Oriente bus station. The advantage was also the possibility of accommodation at night (we landed in Lisbon late), we could simply retrieve the key from the locker.
