I wish breakfasts could be earlier, but not a big problem.

It was my 3rd stay at Origami, and not the last one. Perfect location - rights by metro station, walking distance to Jardim do Morro, cafes and restaurants, quiet neighbourhood. Very good breakfasts are a great bonus. Spacious room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, all clean. Very nice host 🙂 I'll be back!

Its was a little difficult to find as the signage is very snall. Google maps is accurate, you just need to walk up to the entry door and read the small addresses and ring the buzzer. They will let you in and direct you to the apartment.

My room faced the street and metro line so it was a bit noisy. A room not facing the street would be quieter.

Convenient to the metro, exceptionally clean. Good sized room with a small balcony. Fresh fruit at breakfast. An easy downhill walk to Porto.

Recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The atmosphere is super chill, perfect for meeting fellow travelers. The breakfast is delicious and filling, a great way to start the day. The parking arrangements could have been better, I had to park in a weird spot the first night, and the garage could have been cleaner. It would also have been nice to not have to carry so many keys around.

Room was spacious and clean. The manager was very kind and helpful. I got a free upgrade with a private bathroom which was very nice. Parking was very affordable. The location was great, just a 20 minute walk to the center.

The accommodations where exactly as listed. This is not a new place and not fancy, but it is clean and well located. If you don't mind having a bathroom separate from your bedroom, then this place is for you. The price was right. Breakfast was simple, but filling. Our host was there to help and answer all questions.

there is no doubt he is one of the welcoming, big love owner of the hostel. The breakfast he prepared is the one thing I can feel about him. he is always there if someone needs help. and the hostel location is pretty nice to get to any place bcz the tram station is just one minute! and really clean! I felt so lucky i could stay there. first we thought staying here for one night, in the end, we stayed there for four days!

Nice and centrally located apartment, you can get to the city center in about 10 min by metro. Really friendly and helpful host, I felt myself absolutely welcomed there. Decent breakfast with fresh fruits is included in the price.

The rooms with private bathrooms were booked, so we had to choose a shared bathroom (only 2 rooms shared it). We are returning, and booked a room with the private bath. So just select a room carefully if it matters to you.

The location and price is great. The owner is very friendly and greets/checks you in himself, and also prepares a nice breakfast. It was very clean. There is a large shared living room, etc with a balcony.

I stayed at Origami for the second time this year and it was again a very nice experience. The nicest thing - and a surprise - was that the host remembered me and gave me the same room as in May, what made me feel almost like home. The room itself is spacious and bright, with big and comfortable bed. Private bathroom is outside the room, but very clean, with big shower, toiletries and hair dryer. Breakfasts are included in the price and they're a great advantage, as you don't have to waste time for preparing them yourself. The food is fresh and tasty and you can arrange time of breakfast according to your needs. Hostel is located right by the metro station, 10 minutes walking from Jardim do Morro, with many cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. Definitely I'll be back! 🙂
