Great breakfast and location and the pool

So called services are not usable. Yoga and massage were not available...and we were there two nights. Free trip to ferry was not used....didnt really understand what that was about.

Best breakfast after traveling in portugal for thirty days. Pool and hotel were first class. Great parking.

The car park could be bigger (there was one day that we arrived a bit late and we couldn’t find a space to park).

Staff made us a really nice surprise with a birthday cake and a Prosecco bottle left in our room for my boyfriend’s birthday. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a nice balcony. The breakfast was really good with good variety and some vegan/gluten free options (bread/milk/dairy). There is a nice swimming pool and 1 Padel court (this one needs a bit of care/maintenance).

Kids menu at the restaurant is poor quality. Kids food has to be simple not junk food. Also only few options for vegetarians/vegans.

The hotel is very nice. The pool and garden are great.

Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly I think they should change up their breakfast daily for instance instead of always having scrambled eggs, maybe having omelettes etc.

Staff members Tatianna and Jefferson went over and above to assist us always with a smile! The deck was great.. it was wonderful to be able to enjoy the weather abd beautiful scenery.

Loved staying at the OZADI Tavira Hotel, we only booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 5, rooms were great, spacious and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, delicious food, staff was very friendly, the pool and pool lounge area was great.

The gym is not a gym, is a tiny room with weights and two other things. The pádel court extremely expensive, better not to offer it, and the WiFi was not good in the room.

Great hotel at a reasonable price! Full breakfast buffet was tasty. Pool area and common areas of the hotel nicely kept. The free onsite bicycles to use were a nice feature.

Very nice hotel and big rooms. The Hotel is modern, clean and the staff very polite. Breakfast is a good selection of everything. We really enjoyed it. Unfortunately we spent only one night in Tavira.

There were two coffee machines at breakfast but one of them was very temperamental and often out of service.

We spent 6 nights at the hotel, we have previously stayed at the sister hotel in Altura. Everything was perfect, a lovely spacious room, very high standards of cleanliness, cheerful, helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, served on the roof terrace, lots of choice including options for those with dietary restrictions. We ate in the Orange restaurant each night - it was just perfect. Staff were helpful, food was delicious and the wine list was just right. Special mention to waiter Gonzalo who was so helpful. It was a little chilly outside so we didn’t use the pool but we were impressed by the early season preparations underway. Special mentions to Cidalia and Luis at reception who were delightful and always helpful.
