Lovely modern hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent food. The large swimming pool with plenty sitting areas if you want your own space. The shuttlebus to Tavira and Cabanas, where you can get the local train if you wanted to venture further along the Algarve.

Little bit loud from the parking area behind because street works

Everything. A beautiful clean and modern hotel with excellent staff and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was excellent, a room safe was provided, the room was spacious with a little balcony, the pool and surrounding area were first class, the shower was powerful and the towels were soft.

If we had understood the extent of the facilities and ease of travel into the town we would have arrived earlier - feels like a missed opportunity.

The hotel was lovely/interesting. The pool and lounges just what we needed. A great evening meal in the restaurant too. It was an overnight stay and unfortunately we left too early for breakfast! Thankful for coffee machine in the room.

Our room air conditioning did not work. We reported and it did not get fixed during our stay.

Extend the shuttle service beyond September 30th.

The pool area at the hotel is great! Spacious, lots of lounge chairs and even a sitting area with umbrellas above the pool. Everything was very clean. There were many options at the breakfast buffet and the food was very good. We also had dinner in the restaurant and again, great food. We would highly recommend this hotel. There is a shuttle to take you to Tavira as well as Cabanas de Tavira, unfortunately it stopped running on Sep 30th so we weren’t able to use it. But this is a great perk of staying here.

A bit far from town but easy enough to Uber to and from.

Beautiful grounds. Large room and bathroom. Coffee in room. Pool area lovely. Dinner at restaurant was tasty. Lots of choices for breakfast buffet.

Property was amazing, only downside it is not walking distance into Tavira town centre. However, there is a free shuttle bus that runs which is great!

Beautiful property, very clean, great sized rooms, comfortable bed and lots of available sun beds round the pool. Good choice excellent and staff really helpful and friendly. First class and great value for money!

Location . Dependant on hotel shuttle to Tavira or Cabanus or taxi if you don’t hire a car. Bathroom and rug in bedroom needing minor upgrade but other than that bedding -pillows etc very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this place.

The food at the restaurant. It could be a lot grinder also,

Breakfast was fabulous. Great choices of food ad very good coffee. I liked the expresso machine in the room for a quick cup before breakfast. The restaurant was a bit disappointing. The staff was a little cold and seemed unsure when asked questions. The Tex-Mex Taco was really weird and nothing like Mexican food (missing Mexican specs) and only like Texas in that it had way too much BBQ sauce on it. The worst thing was it was served cold. Tacos are supposed to be hot both in temperature and spices. There front desk staff, especially the woman in the day shift, were very friendly and attentive with good recommendations.

Could only exchange beach towels very 3 days and it was hard to dry them out in the damp nights.

A lovely resort hotel stay! The hotel is Family friendly and had a kids club with a supervisor who was absolutely lovely! She answered quite a few questions on local history and culture for me. The hot breakfast was extensive and lovely! It was great to try a variety of portugeuse breakfast items in addition to American options. Baby chairs were available. A wading pool was available in addition to an adult pool. There was a lovely marzipan treat waiting in the room on arrival - delicious! The hotel also had free water taxi passes to Cabanas beach And a shuttle service to the town. Such good value for a stay!

Nothing in particular, just the breakfast that lacks some gluten free options.

It was incredibly surprising, photos don't do justice to the hotel, the renovation makes it look way newer and fancier. The staff is over the top to make you feel comfortable and ready to meet your expectations.
