People wake up very early to attend the service at church and the noise from the other rooms can be heard. Especially the bathroom In use. There is no one at the reception area throughout . On arriving at the property a phone number stuck on the main entrance has to be called to inform them your waiting at the property. To avoid this during your booking specify the time range of your arrival.

The hotel is very convenient just opposite to the Fatima shrine . The road is lit up and very safe to walk at night. Parking is available in the property compound. Eating places are a bit of a walk 5-8 mins around the winding roads. We had cozy room facing the cathedral.

The bathroom door did not open once you were inside. In addition the communication at the check in was complicated, due to a language barrier ( the receptionist did not speak a other language than portugees).

There were ants in our room and because of being so close to the sanctuary, the bells made it hard for us to sleep well, so it's not the best for light sleepers

Very good toilette and shower, comfortable beds and clean sheets. Soft towels, plenty of blankets to pick from in the closet. Free soap and shampoo. We even had drawers. Easy access to the roof through the balcony. Beds are easily connectable. 3 charging plugs, but they were quite hidden. Great price, the later you book the better. The parking lot is small, so if you are driving you have to get there early. We got there early and had no trouble parking.

Very well located, very near the sanctuary and the commerce nearby. Easy check in, friendly staff, comfy rooms and our room had an excellent view of the Basilica.

The location is perfect. The view to the Church is simply spectacular, very heartwarming and peaceful. I loved to hear the Church bells. A nice walk to the restaurants. The hotel is tucked in a safe and quiet area.The room is very comfortable. It has a beautiful chapel for silent prayer/ meditation. Jessica, one of the staff was very helpful throughout my stay. Instead of my 2 nights, i extended to 3 more days. Highly recommended for a quiet and peaceful stay.
