Beautiful hotel, the rooms were very clean and quiet. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast buffet was delicious. All the staff were incredible! A special thanks to Daniel the bartender and Rachel and Ricardo at the front desk. We will be back❤️

The location in Chiado is very convenient to shops and restaurants, and is very central. That said, the downside is that the hotel is surrounded by local bars that are very popular with young adults so it's not unusual them to congregate and party outside in the streets, which can make it quite noisy at 3 AM. That said, the hotel does have thick windows and window treatments that did help to dampen the noise.

The property is stunningly beautiful with grand rooms that exceeded our expectations. As part of the experience, we received daily treats, from a bottle of wine the first day to bottle of local cheery liquor or port with accompanying snacks, which made the stay even more special for us.

The eggs benedict were under cooked and cold, twice.

Room was generous and the bed was dreamy!! The wine tasting was a really nice experience and next time I will certainly book an appointment at Caudalie.

One of the best parts of this hotel is the square right across the street. It was a beautiful shady spot with a nice breeze despite 95 degree temps. It had a snack shack that sold little plates of food and drinks and was open till 2am. AND the view from this square was unbelievable. The hotel was excellent, but staying right across from this perfect spot was a stroke of luck we hadn’t anticipated.

It's a tiny niggle, but the staff at breakfast were wonderful, but it took us the whole of our stay to get our fried eggs as we requested them.

The location couldn't have been better for us. It was right next to the nightlife, with a miriad of wonderful restaurants and bars right on our doorstep.

The room was excellent with all the amenities expected. It was quiet despite being at a very buzzy area full of great restaurants and bars. The breakfast was good. The staff was very approachable and polite and always with a smile!

some rooms facing the side street were noisy due to the bars outside. it was noisy until almost 3am.

Breakfast was excellent and the bar was a terrific spot to hang out and catch up with fellow travelers and staff - who became more like friends during our stay. Everyone extremely nice and helpful. A great location from which to explore Lisbon.
